A security camera footage appeared online supposedly shows that two Iranian sufrace-to-air missiles were launched at the Ukraine International Airlines Boeing 737-800 (Flight PS752) near Tehran on January 8. The plane crashed minutes after taking off from the Imam Khomeini airport.
The previous video circulating online showed a single missile.
On January 11, Iran clamed responsibility for the incident saying that the plane was brought down by its air defense due to “a human error”. However, the Iranian General Staff and the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps did not reveal neither the system involved in the incident (supposedly a Tor low to medium altitude, short-range surface-to-air missile system) nor the number of missiles launched. The only detail on the topic provided by the Iranian side is that the plane crashed because of the hit of a “short-range missile”.
These missiles are not the same. The one showing two missiles shows a very shallow angle of ascent. The single missile shoots vertically. Cannot be the same rockets
another genius russkie troll here! ^
yes…doesent look as Tor as all….
More likely they are, normally they are fired in tandem launches, the shrapnel holes that I have seen seem to indicate that the first missile had a proximity fuse intended for a cruise missiles that the Iranians truthfully acknowledged, and knock out blow and fireball was the result of a direct hit from a HE 15 kg warhead about 10-15 seconds later. You will see that a truly transparent inquiry will state the same. Modern Russian SAMS have a hit rate of close to 100%.
Date of recording shows 2019-10-17.
No disrespect to the victims of the recent erroneous shooting down of the Ukrainian 737, but it just confirms the effectiveness of modern Russian SAM systems. Iran used the medium altitude Tor1 which from my flying experience targeted a slow commercial jet perhaps with a climbing air speed of 250 knots plus and usual pitch of 5%-7% to gain cruising altitude of 30,000 feet since Kiev is barely a two and half hour flight. The Tor1 reaction time of 10 seconds is very good compared to the old SAM-6 and even Roland that I have encountered. If Iranians do a better job of IFF, operator aircraft identification training and fibre optic integration they will have a much more robust AD system than the Vietnamese or Egyptians had in 1973, or Iraq and Serbia in the 90’s. It is sad that sometimes tragic events result in innovation and operational improvements.
More like either footage from israel missile attack on damascus intercept by syrian aa , or iron dome intercept missile from hesbollah . Since both are happen in 2019 around that time
Neah, it must be a conspiration
They tried it but it didn’t work, too much evidence.
URGENT: Iranian Bavar-373 destroyed by IDF F-35’s inside T4 Airbase, central Syria! Israel reportedly gave early warning to the Russkies, and the Russkies in turn promised to stand down and not interfere, otherwise Israel told them their fighter jets would target and shoot down any interfering Russkie aircraft!
Also many IRGC hangars, barracks, and buildings destroyed inside T4! Over 100 IRGC militiamen eliminated. IDF F-35’s were never detected ONCE by Russkie, iranian, or syrian air defenses! Mazel Tov!
Total RUBBISH Jew fuck, now get lost, you are an uglier than my hairy arsehole boring swine and not even kosher bacon.
What yer smocking? israel f-35 never even anywhere near syria they always shooting from lebanon airspace so the AA cannt reach them.
date of video hoax fake
1. The Iranians fired two missiles at a plane taking off from Tehran Airport. It was moving from Tehran towards the border. So there was no possibility that it was an enemy missile / aircraft . 2. The missiles were fired over Tehran, far from the border with Iraq. 3. The missiles were fired 30 seconds apart. If it was an American missile it would have exploded as a result of the first Iranian missile hit, it would not have turned back towards Tehran Airport. If it was an American aircraft, after the Iranian missile hit, it would try to flee toward the border, it would not come back for more. 4. If American missile attacks was to take place, Rader systems would have detected the missiles far from Tehran. A missile is unlikely to appear suddenly above Tehran.
It looks like an IRGC’s revenge, it doesn’t seem like an innocent mistake.
