North Korea announced that the country has achieved success in development of nuclear weapons and, in general, finished this process, the Russian state-run news agency ‘RIA’ reported on September 27, citing a press-release of the North Korean embassy in Moscow.
This means that now North Korea is going to act as a nuclear-armed state that has and is able to use the technologies of production of nuclear warheads and nuclear delivery vehicles. Now, the country’s goal is likely to improve capabilities of its nuclear arsenal.
Russia the 1950’s wants its foriegn policy back.
