Khaled Khatib and Khatib-like ‘media activists’ will not be able to use these people as a tool in their propaganda efforts to hid the terrorist essence of the so-called ‘moderate opposition’ in Aleppo city. And Jabhat Fatah al-Sham (formarly Jabhat al-Nusra, the Syrian branch of al-Qaeda) and its allies will not be able to use these civilians as a human shield.
Over 4,000 civilians have fled militant-held areas of Aleppo city amid the ongoing advance of government forces in the area over past 24 hours.

Okay, I am going to cal it. Aleppo is in wrap up mode. The fight won’t be easy and there is more to go but, the time of the end of jihadists in that city and ….. the rest of Syria has arrived. Syria will not be cleaned up in a long amount of time. It will be purged of these human butchers much faster than anybody in the EU, US and GCC can imagine. Well north-east Aleppo certainly is, but the rest may still take until early next year realistically. They’re doing good now, but the militants will no doubt regroup in the south-east and draw it out as long as possible. In the hopes that their Turkish-backed scum-buddies might be able to push south and attack the city (a long shot).
I’m betting the militants will eventually be pushed to the point of breaking, and then ask for a withdrawal in exchange for a release of prisoners. As I have yet to see a single example of the SAA surrounding and completely destroying an enemy.
