Wahid Bakozi, one of the top commanders of Peshmerga units loyal to President Of Iraqi Kurdistan Masoud Barzani was killed in clashes with Iraqi government forces in Zumar area.
On Thursday, the Iraqi Army and its allies started operation to recapture Fishkhabour area and nearby points in northern Iraq.
After capturing this area, government troops will be able to control the border crossings between Iraqi Kurdistan and a part of Syria controlled by the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces.
Good news. Iraq needs to keep up the good work until the Peshmerga have been pushed back from whence they came.
As much as I don’t like the KRG’s actions, it’s sad that now he ruined a few families, including his own because he supported a bought and paid foreign agent, sitting comfortably in the “presidential” chair.
His children (if he had any) will learn to hate the Iraqis that made them orphans. My fear is the Iraqi children that he made orphans are taught the same thing.
And so it goes, on and on generation to generation. Still, one can’t allow them to get away with what they attempt to do. What’s needed is to rid the world of those that would support these greedy ba*tards and their lust for power.
Well, if there’s one positive thing to say about him its that he was not a headquarters bound armchair commander. As those tend to only suffer risk from papercuts.
:)))
i like your humor, barba papa
This is all on Barzani!
