One Turkish soldier was killed and two others were wounded on February 21 as a result of an explosion of the improvised explosive device, the Turkish Armed Forces said in a statement.
The device allegedly detonated during site clearance works which were ongoing under Turkey’s ongoing Euphrates Shield operation in northern Syria.
