Russian drones and missiles are pounding their targets in Ukrainian rear regions on a daily basis. For two months now, dozens of Russian Geran and other drones have been flying in the sky over Ukraine launching precise strikes against military, energy, logical infrastructures, etc. Ukrainian propaganda claims that Russia has no missiles, drones, or ammunition left. In fact, the intensity of Russian strikes continues to grow, which also confirms the growth in the production of combat drones and missiles.
On the night of October 19th, Russian forces launched new wave of strikes on Ukrainian rear infrastructure with kamikaze UAVs and Kh-59 guided missiles.
Russian strikes began on the evening of October 18th with a series of strikes in the southern Odessa region. As a result of precision missile strikes, Ukrainian air defense suffered heavy losses. The US-made MIM-23 Hawk missile system deployed on the outskirts of Odessa was destroyed. The military position was reportedly struck by at least three missiles. Two launchers of MIM-23 Hawk system were destroyed. The command post of AN/MSW-9 PCP and portable control station of AN/TSW–4 AFCC were damaged.

Russian drones came to Kiev for the third night in a row. Any damage was not reported in the city. Probably, Ukrainian air defense managed to repel the night attack on the city.
Ukrainian authorities confirmed damage to energy infrastructure as a result of Russian strikes in the Sumy and Chernihiv regions. The military monitoring sources revealed that the Shostka-330 in the Sumy region and the Chernihivska-330 energy station came under attacks. As a result, dozens of Ukrainian settlements were cut off from energy supplies as well as military-industrial facilities in these regions.
Russian drones in Kiev:
A massive wave of Russian strikes attacked the Cherkassy international airport. About 15 explosions thundered at the facility during the drone attack at night. The strikes continued in the morning, when Russians launched control strikes with Kh-69 missiles.
UPDATE:
At night, Ukrainian UAV attacked the territory of the Silicon factory in Bryansk. As a result of the strike, the administrative building was damaged. This is the third Ukrainian attack on this strategically important enterprise. However, due to the small number of drones that manage to break through Russian air defense and their small warhead, any significant damage was avoided.
In their turn, the Armed Forces of Ukraine attempted new drone strikes in the Russian rear regions. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, Russian air defense forces intercepted and destroyed 16 Ukrainian UAVs in three Russian regions. Ukrainian drones targeted both Russian border Belgorod and Bryansk regions as well as the southern Rostov region which has no border with Ukraine. Ukrainian attack was repelled and did not result in any significant damage.
