Pashinyan Is On Offensive Against His Own General Staff As Armenia Falls Into Abyss

The deep political crisis and chaos in Armenia does not seem to be nearing its end as the country’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is set to continue destroying the country to keep own political power at any cost.

Recently, Pashinyan declared that Artak Davtyan has been appointed Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces after the previous one was dismissed. Pashinyan got rid of the previous Chief of the General Staff because he criticized his actions and together with multiple other officers called on Pashinyan to resign.

“Taking into account that the President did not sign the draft decree on appointment submitted by the Prime Minister and did not appeal to the Constitutional Court, Artak Davtyan is considered by force of law to be appointed Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces,” Pashinyan said in a statement.

On March 17, the Administrative Court of Armenia ruled on the claim of Onik Gasparyan, who challenged the legality of his dismissal from the post of Chief of the General Staff.

The decision published on the court information website says that the Administrative Court temporarily satisfied the claim, taking interim measures to recognize the dismissal of Gasparyan from office by force of law as inconsistent with legal relations until the court makes a final decision.

Thus, according to the decision of the Administrative Court, the appointment of a new chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces is prohibited, which means that Gasparyan will continue to occupy the post of head of the General Staff.

Therefore, the attempt of Pashinyan to got a new and loyal chief of the General Staff goes contrary to the decision of the court.

The ‘democratic pro-Western Armenia’ led by Pashinyan did not only successfully lost the Nagorno-Karabkah war to Azerbaijani but also destroys the system of its governance with a pretty notable speed.

Voldemort

He should have gotten rid of top brass long time ago. Why keep generals that got defeated?…

Davide Herzog

May be because he didn’ t let them to conduct the war in a proper way…?

Voldemort

Maybe, maybe not. At the end of the day they are the generals that saw through the defeat.

HiaNd

Armenian population assisting their biggest traitor in destruction of Armenia ( instead of punishing him for heavy defeat that he is totally responsible of )

Voldemort

Yes yes, the PM (previously journalist) was directly supervising military operations. Generals we just sitting in the corner smoking cigarettes.

HiaNd

For those who don’t know, (Sororos appointed) Pashinyan has bought Russian SU-30 jets with NO MISSILES at all (direct contribution to leaving Armenians of NK defenseless against Turk drones)!! He also forbid some Armenian army military actions against Azerbaijani forces and gas pipelines and facilities. Protecting like that Western interests.

Voldemort

With or without Air-to-Air missiles on Su-30, Armenia wouldn’t be able to use them. If they tried that would mean direct involvement of Armenia into the conflict, which is like opening a pandora’s box in face of 2 new fronts north-east, and south (70km from capital Yerevan). Not the best idea when the inherited army is qualitatively and quantitatively inferior. Which is why all the support was in supplies and voluntary manpower.

HiaNd

Even before the war pro NATO Armenia was,( still is) protected by Russian military base. So, logically no Turk or Azerbaijani attack on Armenia was, (is) possible.

Voldemort

Military blocks are for defense. Hence Belarus cannot attack Poland and expect Russia to step in. Same goes to Armenia since Nagorno Karabakh legally is recognized as Azerbaijani territory. So again, not much Armenia could have done here.

Kenny Jones ™

Should’ve been Su-35

HiaNd

It is better SU-30 with plenty of medium range missiles than SU-35 with NO missiles at all.

Few SU-35 with 400 km range “IRBIS” radar and 400km long range missiles would be the by far the best option. They would be able to shoot down all drones including Israeli “semi-stealth” Hyron drones. with such weapons they could have defend 100% all NK from Turks and Azerbaijani’s without ever leaving Armenian airspace…

Kenny Jones ™

Yep, they can light up the oil stations in the Caspian sea from their capital, or blow up those ugly fire shaped buildings in their capital

John Brown

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is set to totally destroy Armenia and the Armenian people forever as his master George Soros commands.Armenian women and children will be used in George Soros global sex slave and organ harvesting businesses.

HiaNd

I didn’t know George Soros is in “global sex slave and organ harvesting businesses”. Do you have any links to confirm that claim?

John Brown

Yes but they are now regularly censored in our Zio Soviet media industrial complex. Here are a few. Go and dig yourself and send me some links.

HiaNd

Even without reading these articles I already know that I will find nothing conclusive concerning ; George Soros “global sex slave and organ harvesting businesses”… Go waste somebodies else’s time.

John Brown

Yes I have seen trolls like you before.

Why don’t you give me our definition of conclusive?????

No doubt it will either be such a high impossible standard that can never be proven, not even in court or you will refuse to give any standard of proof at all.

johnny rotten

But then it will become a bad deal even for $oro$, when you have killed the cash cow all you have to do is declare bankruptcy, at which point the prime minister will be thrown under the bus.

So goes it with Armenia.

What does it say about the vaunted Russian intelligence services if they can’t even bring down this utterly discredited Soros puppet? If they’d deniably leaked the location of his hidey hole right after Armenia’s defeat, chances are the good people of Yerevan would’ve taken care of business themselves? Or does the Kremlin feel it got something meaningful out of this episode with the peacekeeping deal?

Raptar Driver

It seems to me that the Kremlin has a job and that is to continue the status quo in this world?

Ma_Laoshi

May be a wider constant in the Russian psyche; to be fair, calming things down in Belarus without a bloodbath may have been the relatively best solution; glass half full I guess.

The Empire’s actions are demented more often than not, but their boldness constantly catches Moscow on the back foot. Why does Russia even try so hard to join something that is alien to its nature.

John Brown

Russia and China are winning and getting stronger every day while the Zio empire rapidly gets weaker every day so why rush to war??

Ma_Laoshi

China getting stronger–sure. As for Russia: now that energy prices are going back up, things may be OK for them; at the same time, talking about it this way shows that the foundation for the Russian state is still pretty narrow. And COVID showed once again that Russia’s domestic systems are about as ramshackle as those in the West.

Anyway, who talked about rushing to war? My comment was about showing all the would-be Pashinyans out there that there are consequences; about showing Washington that if it persists in its regime-change mania, the knife can cut both ways.

John Brown

talking about it this way shows that the foundation for the Russian state is still pretty narrow?

The Russian economy and political sphere and social society are far stronger than anything in what was once the west.

Raptar Driver

He’s clearly a traitor. Hang him already!

Ahson

Iran needs to have a word with president Sarkisiyan and Putin and seriously talk about a merger with Iran, or in the least bit about a renewed trilateral defense treaty. Armenia is too small to survive on its own surrounded by fukkin jihadi Al-Qaeda turks and ISIS mercenaries, with no border with Russia. Enough is enough. Iran Russia and Armenia need to come out in the open about their alliance against jihadi terror.
