The photo shows Gen. Issam Issam Zahreddine and his fighters waiting the arrival of units of the Syrian Arab Army Tiger Forces, led by Gen. Suheil al-Hassan, in the 137th Brigade Base area.
On Tuesday, units of the Tiger Forces entered the 137th Brigade Base area and officially lifted the ISIS siege from Deir Ezzor.
