Well, its not like its only the Russians and allies who accuse the US of doing the same in Raqqa. It’s the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the group Raqqa is being slaughtered, the UN and a lot of Western news agencies and newspapers as well. Just not on the frontpages.

wonder if they used the advanced warheads in Syria. There are loads for the 80mm rockets which are tailored for extermination of insurgents. The flechette rounds for example: they contain like 2000 antipersonnel elements per rocket; a volley of those will make concentrated manpower a problem of the past.
