According to the reports shared by Russian military sources, pro-Russian guerrilla fighters derailed a train with military assistance from NATO in the Odessa region.
According to unconfirmed reports, the attack took place on the evening of December 22 near the village of Velikodolinskoye in the Odessa region. It was reportedly staged by employees of Ukrainian Railways.
As a result of the explosion, the railway was damaged and a train with military cargo from Germany derailed. The secondary detonation of ammunition reportedly destroyed most of the foreign aid, including Vector UAVs, 120 mm ammunition for Leopard tanks, 155 mm shells and electronic warfare systems.
The area of the incident was cordoned off by Ukrainian forces.
Such reports cannot be confirmed by any footage because of security issues. The local Ukrainian authorities obviously do not comment on these reports. However, these are not the first reports about the operations by pro-Russian guerrilla fighters in the southern regions of Odessa and Mykolaiv.
