Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Kiev authorities have turned to the “practice of terrorism” instead of trying to resolve the Ukrainian crisis by peaceful measures. The statement followed a Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) report that the security agency had foiled terrorist attacks in the Russian Republic of Crimea plotted by Ukrainian intelligence.

Putin called Kiev’s actions “stupid and criminal” and added that Ukraine is “playing a dangerous game.” Russian President said that Russian cannot turn a blind eye to the deaths of its servicemen who were killed in fighting with Ukrainian saboteurs.

The Russian president noted that in the modern situation it is “pointless” to meet with Ukraine’s current authorities to seek a solution to the crisis. The meeting of the so-called “Normandy format” was scheduled on the sidelines of the upcoming G20 in China. Now it seems that the leaders of Russia, Ukraine, France, and Germany will not meet to discuss the crisis in Ukraine.

“I think it’s obvious that Kiev’s current authorities are not seeking for ways to solve problems through negotiations, but have turned to terrorism,” Putin said.

Meanwhile, deputy speaker of the Crimean parliament Remzi Ilyasov said that the attempts of Ukrainian intelligence to conduct terror attacks in Crimea could be descirbed as a “declaration of war.”

On August 10, the FSB announced that it had neutralized a group of infiltrators in Crimea close to the Ukrainian border and reported more attempts by Ukrainian raiding and terrorist groups to break through the Russian border this week.

Yest Putin does not accuse the UK of terrorism in Syria, Ukraine, Europe in general and in Afghanistan and Iraq. -Kiev is a pawn, UK is the dog-Master pulling the strings.
