That, yes but also pretty much everything else. Pentagon gearing up, positions being filled, etc. Maybe it’s just formality. I just don’t know how else Trump could flip this. No Biblical lawsuits, no Kraken, contested states still declaring Biden as victor, etc, etc.

A convincing case has been made of massive vote fraud. The challenge is how to convert that into action to correct it. It’s complicated by the short time frame to pursue cases in weeks that normally take years.

I’ve looked at quite a few of the rulings and the judges are balking at invalidating large numbers of votes or stopping certifications based on quickly gathered evidence. A lot of which indicates fraud, but doesn’t prove it conclusively in numbers sufficient to flip the vote. A big part of the problem is discovery. But unfavorable courts are part of the problem.

You’ve got these huge statistically impossible vote spikes and surges for Biden in the middle of the night when election observers aren’t present or aren’t allowed to see what’s happening. That if they are fraud, and not tabulation methodology issues, and they’re occurring in multiple states, could only come from two sources. Fraudulent paper ballots, or computer fraud, or probably a combination of both.

The indicative statistical evidence of vote fraud is clear. And the obstructions to observing it are clear. What’s lacking is discovery to transition from indicative evidence to confirmative evidence. This requires discovery. From what I’ve seen so far the courts haven’t authorized it. This is the weakness in the current legal approach.

I haven’t read the briefs. So I don’t know if the Trump campaign isn’t seeking subpoenas, or they are and the courts are simply dismissing the cases instead to bury the fraud.

In either case. This issue needs to be corrected for the court cases to succeed. Records need to be seized and the physical ballots and related material examined independently of the elections departments to conduct a forensic investigation to determine if there’s been widespread fraud. The computers involved need to be seized and a forensic examination made of their logs, hardware and software to see if it was used to falsify results.

So far from what I’ve seen, there’s been little if any effort to do this in court that I’m aware of. I’m sure that Trump and his attorneys are painfully aware of this. And are running with what they have as fast as they can with what they have. And that as they gather additional evidence to strengthen the evidence not just indicating, but verifying the fraud. Will add that to their cases as permitted to by the courts. It isn’t just the election corruption that’s under scrutiny, it’s also the courts.

Witness affidavits are admissible evidence. But it’s one person’s word against another’s. Boxes full of fraudulent ballots run off on a copier, and video of a poll worker running the same ballot through the machine multiple times for one candidate and not running the other candidate’s ballots through the machine at all. Are physical prima facia evidence that overrides the denial of an observer’s affidavit. And the poll workers who committed the fraud admitting to it under oath. Confirming the poll watchers allegations are also prima facia evidence.

The same thing goes for the computers involved. If the logs show that the entries were made to switch votes or a number of other methods to provide falsified results. That’s also conclusive evidence.

You can’t put this type of case together in 2 or 3 weeks, it takes months. But all that you need to do is get the door open to discovery and then back fill with stronger evidence to win the cases.

Which brings up the state legislatures. If enough of them can be convinced that the fraud was of a magnitude to flip their states. They may balk at confirming electors, or decide to provide the electors to the other candidate. Trump has up to January 6th to stop the election loss. That’s the date when the congress votes to confirm the election. If one member of each chamber objects. Then the vote can’t be certified until it’s sorted out:

“Under Section 4 (3 U.S.C. § 15), upon reading of “any certificate or paper, the president of the Senate shall call for objections, if any.” Every objection must be made in writing, and must “state clearly and concisely, and without argument,” the ground for the objection. It must be signed by at least one Senator and one member of the House of Representatives before the objection can be received. Once all objections to any vote or paper from a state have been received and read, the Senate withdraws and the two houses consider the objections separately.”

At the point if the election is objected to. Trump is still in office until January 20th or prior to that if the congress sorts matter out before then. To be able to get the election overturned.

A lot of this is getting into Hail Mary pass territory. Many would say that trying overturn the election is already there. But it also gives Trump up to 2 more months to conclusively prove the fraud. Which should be enough time in theory to acquire and provide determinative, not just indicative, evidence of fraud in place using the civil process.

Where the criminal process is at is unknown. It’s been authorized and initiated by the Attorney General. But there’s so much blatant crime going unprosecuted already. That the civil process may be the most realistic prospect for getting anything accomplished.

From the way that Wood and Powell are talking, they already have conclusive evidence of fraud sufficient to obtain court victories. Whether they do and can get it into court remains to be seen.

At this stage I’m taking a wait and see position before drawing any conclusions. Because things are constantly changing on an hourly and daily basis. And the basic evidence of massive fraud is impossible for any objective observer to ignore. Which is why you have a lot of democrats and almost to a person republicans recognizing it.
