Real Face Of Turkish-backed “Moderate Rebels”

Support SouthFront

On June 3, the Violations Documenting Center in Northern Syria (VDC-NSy) released a video showing a Turkish-backed fighter abusing a young child in the Euphrates Shield (ES)-controlled area in northern Aleppo.

In the video, the fighter, who was identified as Ayman al-Ghalbh, can be seen assaulting the child in what appears to be a public pool. The violence was apparently motivated by a disagreement over a small amount of money.

The VDC-NSy revealed that al-Gablh is a former fighter of ISIS. According to the center, the man fought for the terrorist group up until 2017, when he was captured by the Turkish-backed Northern Brigade.

A Turkish-sponsored “court” in the ES area sentenced al-Gablh for 4 years in prison for his involvement with ISIS. However, he was released from prison within a few months and joined the ranks of the al-Shamiya Front, one of the biggest Turkish-backed groups in northern Syria.

According to the VDC-NSy, al-Gablh is currently working as a guard for the al-Shamiya Front’s General Commander, who is known as Abu Ahmed Nour.

The al-Shamiya Front has not commented on the incident, yet. The group will likely ignore the issue, as ES factions are infamous for their high-tolerance to criminal activities. These factions are deeply infiltrated by criminals and ex-ISIS fighters.

Willing Conscience (The Truths

Erdogan is the reason Isis and the rebels still exist, he recruits the best fighters for his proxy armies but leaves the best spies where they are. Nobody seems to wonder just how Isis could so easily infiltrate the areas the other rebel factions have so closely guarded and secured around Idlib, and not to mention the SAA securing and guarding the other side of the border too, you’d think not even a mouse could get across without being shot at from both sides, but not if they’re bussing in from across the Turkish border where only the Turks are guarding and securing.

jorge

With best fighters as these the man is done.

Zionism = EVIL

ErDOGan is a similar coward and low life at par with his headchopper proxies.

Brother Ma

Turks were the Us and vassal’s pointmen on the ground the whole time America and Turkey were pals. Turk intelligence has been caught amongst all rebels many times.

Now that america hates erdo for the moment ,the headchoppers are Erdo’s presidential bodyguards on the ground.

Erdo saw an easy opportunity to attack Syria and make himself look good ,so much so, he attacked a Russian plane only to be made Russia’s bitch and for Erdo to regret getting involved in Syria.

Pity though ,as it still has not helped Syria get rid of them and those turd Ungrateful Kurds who I once supported .

Astrid Watanabe

At first I liked the Kurds too, till they started copying US mainstream propaganda and badmouthing Assad “regime”

Willing Conscience (The Truths

As soon as Erdogan is forced out of Syria , or leaves, Assad can start to concentrate on the self autonomous region, the Kurds only make up just over a third of the regions population, and the Arabs who make up the other main majority are mostly pro Assad, so are the KDP Kurds, who make up [I think] nearly a third of the total Kurdish voting population [they’re not all anti Assad luckily]. It’s bad but not as bad as it could be, there’s still a chance Assad can regain the autonomous zone, he just can’t afford to waste any more time doing it, the sooner he tackles the Kurdish problem the better, the longer it takes to start the process the less chance of success. Damn Erdogan. But don’t give up hope, Assad hasn’t yet.

Brother Ma

I cant wait. Those Kurds need to be sent scurrying back into Turkey to meet their just desserts. They were ungrateful refugees who did not appreciate the asylum given to them by Syria. Also the Turkmen of Syria.Wholesale deportation once Syria is freed. See how they like living in Turkey. They also did not appreciate living in Sytria. So chuck them out and give their homes ,land and assets to Syrian loyalists who lost everything!

Willing Conscience (The Truths

It’s too late for that, that boat has already sailed. Assad’s already conceded to all Kurdish political demands but one, self autonomy. but all the other rights [there were half a dozen other LEGITIMATE demands] they were seeking have been met last year, and now there’s only a few hundred Kurds from that 250,000 that still don’t have full Syrian citizenship rights, and that’s only due to current security concerns. Assad’s forces can’t attack the Turks without incurring US or NATO retaliation, but the Kurds can and do all the time and there are 300,000 displaced Kurds from the western enclave now mostly living in Assad controlled territory [all thanks to Erdogan’s Euphrates Shield operation/invasion and his subsequent ethnic cleansing], I’m sure Assad isn’t feeding them for nothing. I wonder if Assad looks at those Turkish OB posts scattered all throughout his lost territories, and then looks at the Kurds he’s feeding and protecting, and then wonders if he could somehow use those Kurds to help him get rid of those annoying Turkish OB posts, that are not only in the way of a SAA advance into Idlib, but they’re something he himself can’t do anything about. I wonder if he thinks those Kurds he’s feeding could be put to good use. I would be if I was him, I’d make them sing for their supper and make them do something to help get their homes back, like get rid of those Turkish OB posts for me.. Don’t discount the Kurds just yet, the leadership is saying one thing but the people on the ground sometimes have another opinion. Here’s an article I linked to someone else you might find interesting, it’s no longer totally relevant as the SDF [politically at least] has since moved back towards the US sphere of influence, but it’s still partially relevant.

Aggrieved Kurdish fighters quietly join Syrian regime side in battle for Idlib

Concrete Mike

Mustafa, why does your governement insist on supporting these scums?

They are the exact same as PKK, both are supported by your master USA/Israel.

Why be upset with the puppets??

pathfinder1001

I really believe that this website’s authors are not fair. Yes, this incident is horrible but same events occurs in almost whole world. Do you have any clues that there is a huge discrimination or ethnic cleanse in Olive Branch or Euphrate Shield regions? But this website never condemns bombig of public health sites in Idlib. Maybe moderate or radical Islamist rebels are horrible but they are as YPG terrorists or pro-government factions as horrible. Please be fair! This incident is less important than death of people in case of bombing Idlib!!!

jorge

You need a public health site called madhouse, or an alligator site, where you can cry your crocodile tears surrounded by your brothers..

pathfinder1001

Your rhetoric is worthless. We don’t live in Idlib and we cannot understand completely how people who live in Idlib need hospitals or can reach doctors and medicines. But despite that hospitals transformed headquarters of rebels, they are hospitals and somebodies destroyed them! Yes, regime gained control of Aleppo but it destroyed it also. And one day regime will gain not the control of Idlib but control of what remains from the Idlib…

jorge

Go to your alligator domestic yankee tank, and stop crying an Louisiana river you’ll never see any more.

Hasbara Hunter

We can Understand & Conclude though that Americans & ISISraelis created Headchopping Terrorists for the Execution of the Yinon-Plan….911 was in inside Job to gain Control over the Afghani Poppy-Fields after the Taliban burned almost all of them…

playah

Did you cry for Raqqa too ? The campaign on Idlib is getting old and people knew it was coming but they stay anyway ? Sorry but if you’re associated with the Wahhabis jihadis too bad .

pathfinder1001

I am crying for whole Syria… We can argue who is right in Syria for years but we cannot change what happened. But biggest reality is people who lose their lives or leave their homes. People only accuses each other but nobody has any solution but only war. In this website, people who discuss the situation must ask how people can regain peace. Then we can talk about real solution.

playah

The solution is for the US/UK / Israel / KSA / Qatar / Turkey / UAE to leave Syria with all their jihadis . That’s what Syria / Iran / Hezbollah and Russia are fighting for

FlorianGeyer

” But despite that hospitals transformed headquarters of rebels, they are hospitals and somebodies destroyed them! ”

That is the most cretinous comment I have read for some time.

A hospital is a pile of bricks with a roof in which doctors work.

A pile of bricks with a roof that was occupied by doctors, and is now occupied by ‘rebels’ with guns It is now a terrorist headquarters or a fortified building.

Ergo a ‘rebel’ held building is NOT a hospital anymore.

pathfinder1001

So please somebody can tell how people get medical services in Idlib. Whole people must die? Those hospitals are even not on the border of regime and rebels. It is only excuse of pro-government media. The real reason of bombing the medical sites and agricultural areas is to force rebels to reconcilate. It is understandable but also it is really violent and criminal. So please answer me that Assad really think his country or his authority!!!

ANTINANCO

There are so many Jews in Israel and in the world, isolated as people who hate themselves, abnormal, because they denounce the crimes of the US and Israel. The only thing you Zionists know for certain is that without America you would be forced to recognize the State of Palestine in the 1967 territories. This explains your obsession with justifying your and US crimes.

Astrid Watanabe

Isn’t it odd, all of Syria is wrecked, but the moment the terrorists get bombed the humanitarians are concerned and speak up.

pathfinder1001

You are right! But people spoke when regime bombing Rifdimasq, Aleppo, Raqqa and Deir-Zur. This scene is not new. But in Idlib there are lot of Civillian people and nobody has a good plan how they protect them.

FlorianGeyer

Would you prefer the ‘protection ‘ methods that the US employed in Mosul, Falluja and Raqa , to name but three cities the US ‘democratically’ liberated ?

pathfinder1001

I prefer only peace. It is simple that a new constitution will have to be written in the future. Maybe Assad will win this today or tomorrow. But an Alevi (or maybe we can call Shii) Assad cannot rule Sunni Syrian people with this vision. Anyway Syria will become a new battlefield with Assad years later. Also rebels mostly want a unique Syria. What about SDF/YPG areas? How will Assad confront with US backed those groups? So Assad must save his army for further and harder wars!… It is my opinion. And to prepare a new constitutions shouldn’t be harder than to cause thousands people’s death.

FlorianGeyer

Do you realise that circa 80% of the Syrian forces loyal to President Assad are Sunni’s ?

Its the US who plays with identity politics to destabilise nations and the results of this abhorrent strategy have caused mass immigration to the US and Europe.

Ask yourself ‘ who gains from this ‘. Its NOT the working or middle classes of the US or Europe.

Its those who gain from war and cheap labour in the US and EU.

pathfinder1001

I know situation because Syria is neighbour of Turkey and i worked in Syria. Majority of Syria is Sunni and they are not really loyal to Assad. Actually, to understand the situation we must argue BAAS party and history of Assad family. But Syria is a independent state and whole Syrians are citizens. And it is true that US played this card in Syria in order to reach its goals in Syria and Middle East. Immigration is only side effect of its strategy. And it is normal that Assad use massive force to protect its authority. Without Russia and Iran, Assad cannot protect his authority against its citizens. But massive using of force is not humanitarian and also evil… In conclusion, USA triggered the events and Assad helped USA to direct the events.

Mustafa Mehmet

Well said

jorge

I didn’t knew there were crocodiles in Turkey.

Astrid Watanabe

It is nice of you to defend poor animals and goats [I remember your comment] but the terrorists don’t deserve your sympathy, they have no compassion on others.

David Parker

Public health site in Idlib = Daesch headquarters and barracks. Like fleas on a dog, Daesch cover their hosts and suck their life blood.

Brother Ma

The hospitals there are nurseries for takfiris and the medical staff is almost cerrtainly so as well.

Luke Hemmming

That’s because the rebels (jihadis) use of these medical facilities as bases as they have done before in other areas. Stop reading MSM news it’s distorting your view of the truth of the reality of the situation in Syria.

dutchnational

God, as a gueard for a mercenay commander, he runs a significant risk of being killed.

jorge

A beast living day by day, or violation by looting, don’t think. Never the less, you always can send him together with the foreigner takfiri Uighurs to an chinese educational camp, it would be funny.

Hasbara Hunter

He is a Dead Man Walking…..just like the rest of his Headchopping Brothers…Who are also Sponsored by Holland by the way (Remember the Toyotas & Night Vision Goggles).

Brother Ma

Did most of the toyotas come from rutte? Or just some. I always wanted to know.

Hasbara Hunter

I know one thing:

THEY LOST THEM ALL….hehehe

dutchnational

Some. The amounts involved pale in comparison of money spend by Gulf states and Qatar and Turkey. Still, 25 million for the program, incl. medicines, is still a disgrace.

dutchnational

I agree with you on the sponsoring part. Major amateurism by sloppy government. Condemned by parliament and now stopped after getting meadia attention. Hypocritical.

Zionism = EVIL

These cowardly savages need to be eliminated. PERIOD.

Hasbara Hunter

Ayman al-Ghalbh is a Dead Man Walking…..

jorge

Good day Hunter, long time no see.

Hasbara Hunter

Good day my Friend…I have been busy lately…but I try to keep track….:)

jorge

Now only rest 3 fronts, the turkish whores, the yankee whores ant the israeli sons of a bitch (occupied Golan).

Hasbara Hunter

Yeah….everything became very transparent & very very clear in recent years…nice…

jorge

Curious, people without a brain resemble to have a face. And that reminds me our ancient cousin homo habilis.

Brother Ma

Typical ecample of what was once was called a “The Terrible Turk”; a stereotypical, violent ,uncouth pervert Moslem. It seems the stereotype never died out amongst the Moslem Brotherhood and Wahhabists of the world.

Hasbara Hunter

The Muslims I know are intelligent & nice Folks… I learned a lot of Truth from them…

Ozarkania

Not that I support the rebels, but the behavior of one member is not an indictment of the whole organization.

jorge

No, it’s an example.

Ozarkania

Is there a pattern of petty disputes with children turning violent within the ES camp?

jorge

May be you have reached the explanation for all that shootings in yankee schools, congratulations.

occupybacon

I don’t know what to say, first… I’m glad that the terrorists got exposed, second… back in my day that was usual correction for many children

ANTINANCO

Zionists and Israel, this crap falls on them.

David Parker

Daesch not ISIS. To say ISIS gives the head-choppers an air of authenticity.

World_Eye

Just another Daesh disgusting animal, who is very brave bitch to slap and 8 year old. Motherfucker.
