In the direction of Konstantinovka, Russian units cleared the territory around the agricultural vocational school and expanded their presence in the southwest part of the city. Meanwhile, assault groups advanced in Dovha Balka. In Chasov Yar, Ukrainian units organized drone control points, which complicated the offensive. In the direction of Slavyansk, Russian troops have taken control of approximately half of Kryva Luka. They are fighting on the approaches to Rai-Oleksandrivka and advancing toward the Dovhyi Forest. Ukrainian units are counterattacking in the Dibrova and Minkivka areas to maintain a bridgehead east of the Siverskyi Donets–Donbas Canal. In the Sumy area, Russian troops advanced toward Velyka and Mala Rybytsia after capturing Myropillia. They also advanced toward Krasnopillia and the Sumy–Kharkiv highway. In the Kharkiv area, Russian assault groups advanced 300 meters in the Vovchansk sector. In the Kupyansk area, Russian troops are gradually regaining control, fighting for the Foundry Plant and the approaches to Kovsharivka and recapturing previously lost positions. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian military has reduced its presence in Kupyansk and is actively using drones. Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico stated that Slovakia will not participate in subsequent European loans for Ukraine.

Konstantinovka Direction

In the direction of Konstantinovka, units of the “South” troop grouping continue to advance successfully in the southern sector. Russian units have cleared the agricultural vocational school territory and advanced into Konstantinovka’s built-up area. Assault groups have expanded their presence in the southwest part of the city. Ukrainian units still have the capability to engage in close-quarters combat, so the Russians have not yet established full control over the southern part. Most of the built-up area remains an arena for ultra-small group confrontations.

Clashes also continue in Dovha Balka. There is evidence that Russian assault groups are advancing further north within the village, where they have come under unmanned aerial vehicle strikes. The situation in Chasov Yar remains the most difficult. Ukrainian units have not only transferred assault groups to the city, but have also organized drone control points there. This affects the offensive capabilities of Russian units, who are forced to overcome the Ukrainian defense under extremely difficult conditions. The northern flank remains problematic, though these issues are gradually being resolved. Meanwhile, Chasov Yar itself must be retaken without air support.

Slavyansk Direction

In the direction of Slavyansk, units of the “South” grouping are continuing their systematic offensive near Kalenyky and Kryva Luka. Russian units have taken control of about half of Kryva Luka, and fighting continues in the rest of the city.

Clashes are intensifying near Rai-Oleksandrivka. Russian assault groups are advancing from Kalenyky towards the Dovhyi Forest. They have already consolidated there and are advancing through the ravines towards Rai-Oleksandrivka from the east. It can be said with certainty that fighting for the village has begun, as there is evidence of entry into its territory. In the southern sector, Ukrainian units continue to attempt counterattacks in the Dibrova and Minkivka areas. It is vital for the Ukrainian side to maintain a bridgehead east of the Siverskyi Donets–Donbas Canal in order to conduct raids intended to draw off the Russian offensive on Rai-Oleksandrivka and the Slavyansk area as a whole.

In the Krasnyi Lyman sector, units of the 25th Army are advancing and cutting through the Ukrainian defenses north of Krasnyi Lyman. According to combatants, farms south and west of Stavky have been captured. They have also advanced along the ravine towards the Krasnyi Lyman–Drobysheve road. From Zarichne, Russian units advanced into the tactical “pocket” towards Stavky. Ukrainian units are counterattacking from the northern outskirts of Krasnyi Lyman to prevent the collapse of the “pocket.” Ukrainian units attempted to regain positions in the Nezalezhnosti Street area from the southeastern side of the city, but all attacks were repelled, and Russian troops gradually expanded their control zone.

Sumy Direction

In the Sumy area, units of the “North” group continue their offensive east of Sumy. Following the capture of Myropillya, Russian forces have advanced westward towards Velyka (Velyka) Rybytsia and Mala (Maly) Rybytsia, as well as from Myropillya towards Mala Rybytsia and Velykyi Prykol. Russian units have taken control of the forested areas south of Myropillia. Meanwhile, Russian units are advancing south towards Krasnopillia, Mykhailivka, and the Sumy–Kharkiv highway.

In the Sumy district, the “North” grouping’s assault units overcame resistance and pushed the last groups of Ukrainian 21st Separate Mechanized Brigade units out of Myropillia, establishing control over the settlement. Firefights continue in Kondrativka and the surrounding area. Over the past day, Russian assault units advanced up to 500 meters along fifteen fronts.

In the Krasnopillia district, Ukrainian units attempted a counterattack with the support of assault groups from the 425th Separate Assault Regiment in the direction of Myropilske. As a result of intense firefights, most of the Ukrainian troops were eliminated. In the area of the captured village of Novodmytrivka, Russian assault groups advanced up to 400 meters along three fronts.

Kharkiv Direction
In the Kharkiv area, units of the “North” grouping are expanding the security zone. Russian troops attacked Ukrainian unit personnel and equipment concentrations in Ternova, Ukrainske, Buhayivka, Polne, Bobrivka, Lyutivka, Turove, Tokarivka, Tsupivka, and Dementiivka.

In the Vovchansk area, the “North” grouping’s assault units advanced up to 300 meters across six sectors. Stubborn firefights continue in the forested areas of the Vovchansk district and the Chaikivka area. Russian assault units destroyed a Ukrainian combat group east of Volokhivka and captured a 159th Separate Mechanized Brigade serviceman.

There were no significant changes on the Velykyi Burluk front. Russian assault units advanced up to 100 meters in the northwest of the Kupyansk district’s forested areas.

Kupyansk Direction

In the Kupyansk area, Russian troops are gradually stabilizing the situation and regaining previously lost ground. Combat operations north of Kupyansk are being conducted on a broad front and take past mistakes into account. It is noted that Ukrainian units have sharply reduced their presence in Kupyansk and are actively using drones. The number of ground-based robotic complexes has increased on both sides.

In the eastern part of the area, fighting continues for the industrial facility (the Foundry Plant) and the approaches to Kovsharivka. The Ukrainian side is experiencing a shortage of personnel, but has an ample supply of drones to compensate for the shortfall.

Conclusion

Analysis of the operational situation indicates the persistence of high-intensity combat operations in all directions. In the direction of Konstantinovka, clearing the agricultural vocational school and expanding the presence in the southwestern part of the city improves the tactical position of Russian units, though they have not yet established full control. In Chasov Yar, Ukrainian units’ organization of drone control points creates additional difficulties for the assault. In the direction of Slavyansk, the capture of half of Kryva Luka and the advance towards Rai-Oleksandrivka indicate a systematic offensive. Meanwhile, Ukrainian counterattacks in Dibrova and Minkivka aim to maintain the bridgehead near the canal. In the Sumy area, the capturing of Myropillia and the advance toward Krasnopillia and the Sumy–Kharkiv highway endanger Ukrainian communications, and the transfer of reserves has not yielded the desired result. In the Kharkiv area, Russian troops are expanding the security zone and advancing on the Vovchansk sector. In the Kupyansk area, Russian troops are gradually restoring their positions.

An important event in the international political context was the statement by Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico. In a video address published on social media, Fico announced that Slovakia would not participate in future European loans to Ukraine. He emphasized his refusal to support the 90 billion euro military loan and took legal steps to ensure that Slovakia would not participate in it. Earlier, the President of the European Council, António Costa, announced that EU countries had approved a 90 billion euro loan to Ukraine, which Kyiv would only be required to repay in the event of “reparations” from Russia. Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic refused to participate in the loan but did not block the EU’s allocation of it. The Russian Foreign Ministry has repeatedly stated that the EU’s ideas about Russia paying reparations to Ukraine are detached from reality. The Slovak prime minister’s statement demonstrates growing skepticism regarding financial support for Kyiv from individual European Union member states.
