On Friday, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin told the Federation Council that the plan for rearming the Russian army and navy by 2020 is being implemented 50% ahead of time.
“We keep the situation under control from the standpoint of implementing the state program for armaments extending till 2020, we are ahead of time.
