On May 12, the first Russian Aframax tanker “Vladimir Monomakh” was launched at the Zvezda Shipbuilding Complex. The new-generation tanker is designed to transport oil in unrestricted navigation.
The main and additional power supply units of the vessel can operate on both traditional and green fuel, the liquefied natural gas, which meets new world environmental standards. The vessel’s length is 250m, width 44m, deadweight 114,000t, speed 14.6knots. The tanker’s ice class ICE-1A.
There are 12 orders for vessels of this type in Zvezda’s portfolio.

Great! Let’s wait few years untill the oil price grows or transform it into an aircraft carrier.
I suspect that this is double hull reinforced in order to prevent spillage and operate in the arctic region—where Russian sovereignty precludes transport by fascist nations
The USMIC seem to think that ice in the polar regions will get thinner and disappear. That’s where listening to Al Gore has got them. Russia is obviously planning for a whole different future.
Hopefully it will be used to destroy muslim terrorists and dog eaters(Chinese)
