On July 5, the Russian Air Defense systems in Hmeimim airbase launched several missiles at unidentified aerial objects. Local sources reported that at least on armed unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) was shot down over the Russian airbase.
If confirmed, this will be the third attack of this kind on Hmeimim airbase within ten days. Such UAV attacks are often launched from the militant-held areas in northern Lattakia and southern Idlib. Many Syrian pro-government activists suggest that Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and its allies of the Free Syrian Army (FSA) are behind these attacks.
Fake chemical attacks, attack drones that threaten the Russian airbase, more ‘poisoning’ near Salisbury UK and the common denominators in all of this are the UK/US.
I once read, that if a confrontation between Russia and the US was to develop, Russia would totally destroy the UK in massive nuclear blasts, to show the Americans they were serious.
I can see the logic in that, Britain has been a thorn in Russia’s side since the revolution, and they have the power to kill every living thing in Britain. The Americans would take note of Russia’s power, and might back down.

Latakia militias are good at shooting down flimsy drones with AKs and are going to see more SAA in that region reclaiming it after Daraa is recaptured. Russia gave the other fake UNSC members a veto on Southern Syria saying were here to take out Terrorists and kick some ass or chew bubblegum and told the UNSC they were all out of Gum!!
The hater laughed several times, that IL uses expensive missileas against drones. Now russia steps in this trap. 500 drones, and the russian military budget collapses. :)) moreover, the airbase will be destroyed.

Israel is doing a remarkable job supplying the terrorist with higher grades of weapons and trying to test Russia’s defenses. If Israel can help the terrorist penetrate Russian air defenses, then Israel will be more emboldened for their all out attack against Syria, with Syria possessing lessor anti-air defenses then the Russian forces, Israel is just waiting for the secret recipe to infiltrate Russian air defenses even better.
I agree. Plausible reason.
Soon southern Syria will be secure, and then the Americans and their drones in northern Syria can be destroyed.
