The Russian airstrikes have been preventing militants from re-grouping and defending the pro-Assad units’ ground flanks .
According to the report, Russian jets destroyed a headquarters of the Liwa al-Haqq terrorist group in the Raqqa Governatore. KAB-500 precision guided bombs were used there.
The Ministry of Defence said this raid killed two senior ISIS field commanders and some 200 militants there. The source of information is intercepted radio communications.
