The Russian military has been actively tracking and eliminating foreign mercenaries fighting for the Kiev regime across the special military operation zone in Ukraine.
On March 10, Donetsk head’s advisor Igor Kimakovsky told the TASS news agency that the Russian intelligence services have unveiled a group of foreign mercenaries in the area of the settlements of Tonenkoye and Orlovka near the city of Avdeevka in the Donetsk direction.
“Our intelligence has registered a group of foreign mercenaries near Tonenkoye and Orlovka,” he said.
Representatives of Poland and Georgia work at this front sector near the battle contact line, according to live recording data, Kimakovksy added.
A day earlier, TASS reported that French neo-Nazi leader Cesar Aujard was eliminated by the Russian military close to the strategic city.
“A ringleader of French neo-Nazis, Cesar Augharome, who was taking part in hostilities on the side of the Ukrainian army, has been liquidated near Avdeevka,” security sources told the Russian news agency.
The unnamed sources added that there was confirmed evidence linking Aujard to the secret services of France, without elaborating.
In February, the head of the Main Operational Directorate, first deputy chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, Sergey Rudskoy, said that NATO military personnel, disguised as mercenaries, were operating air defense systems, multiple rocket launchers and tactical missile systems in Ukraine.
Several such NATO mercenaries were reportedly killed on March 9 when a Russian missile strike destroyed an American-made Patriot air defense system of Kiev forces in the Donetsk direction.
And in January, the Russian Defense Ministry said that the Russian military had launched a strike on a temporary deployment site of foreign mercenaries, mostly French nationals, in the direction of Kharkov. The strike claimed the lives of 60 mercenaries and left more than 20 others wounded.
Following the successful strike, the French ambassador to Moscow Pierre Levy was summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry to be told that the authorities in Paris were to blame for the deaths of the French nationals.
According to a recent report by The Washington Post, some 20,000 foreign nationals are currently fighting in the ranks of Kiev forces.
These mercenaries, even the ones who are professional NATO personnel, have failed to give the Kiev regime the upper hand in the battlefield. Now, France is threatening with a direct military intervention in Ukraine and is reportedly making efforts to build a coalition for this purpose. Such a step will only make Kiev’s allies pay an even heavier cost for their involvement in the conflict.
