The Russian military inflicted more human and material losses on Kiev forces in several directions between July 27 and 28.
In the Kupyansk direction, Tornado-S heavy multiple rocket launchers of the Russian Zapad Group of Forces carried out strikes against gatherings of Ukraine’s 41st Separate Mechanized Brigade near Blagodatnoye. The strikes eliminated a platoon of infantry and destroyed four vehicles.
The group’s tanks and anti-tank guided missile systems also targeted positions of the 32nd Separate Mechanized Brigade near Kuzemovka and Stelmakhovka. Kiev forces lost a platoon of infantry, a T-64 tank as well as two artillery pieces, an American-made M777 towed howitzer and a Msta-B towed howitzer, as a result of the strikes.
Ka-52 and Mi-35 attack helicopters of the group also carried out nine strikes against gatherings of manpower and equipment of Ukraine’s 14 Separate Mechanized Brigade and territorial defense units. In addition, the group’s artillery destroyed two ammunition depots close to Ivanovka and Kislovka.
In the South Donetsk direction, the Russian Vostok group of forces repelled several Ukrainian attacks close to Urozhaynoye. The group’s artillery also targeted gatherings near Uglesborochnay and neutralized a reconnaissance group to the northwest of Shevchenko.
Meanwhile in the Staromayorsky area, Kiev forces attempted to amass infantry and equipment in order to launch a large-scale attack. However, the gathering was quickly discovered and targeted with drones.
Attack helicopters of the Vostok Group of Forces also targeted Ukrainian gatherings of manpower and equipment close to Urozhayne.
Meanwhile in the Zaporozhye direction, the group repelled several more attacks near Rabotino. Tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, armored fighting vehicles and a number of infantry were eliminated near the settlement.
An attempt by Kiev forces to bring reserves to Priyutnoye was also thwarted. In addition, a Ukrainian multiple rocket launch system was destroyed near Malaya Tokmachka.
The Vostok Group of forces also targeted a gathering near Volnoye Pole and a stronghold in Lugovskoye. Moreover, several deployment points in Novodanilovka, Orekhovo, Malaya Tokmachka and Komsomolsk were targeted by the group’s fighter bombers.
In addition, the group’s attack aircraft targeted gatherings of manpower near Pyatikhatka, Zherebyanka, Novodanilovka and Priyutnoye.
Recent videos from the Zaporozhye direction showed the destruction of several tanks and infantry fighting vehicles of Kiev forces as well as a series of pinpoint airstrikes that hit Ukrainian positions in the rear.
Overall, Ukraine’s spring counteroffensive does not appear to be going according to plan. Despite sustaining heavy human and material losses over the past seven weeks, Kiev forces made very little gains in a few directions and lost some territory in others.

without any real gains. even worse; kukrainii nazi shithole took zapo staromaiorsk yesterday which is indeed the most significant achievement of the failed offensive. here losses are high for the russians and enormous for the ukroshits. but the tactic of overwhelming cannon fodder seems to score some success. if not repulsed, and front leveled there here is the greatest chance to break the front.
