The Russian military has repelled several new attacks in the Donetsk sectors and inflicted more losses on Kiev forces.
The Yug Group Forces said on July 6 that it had repelled Ukrainian attacks in the directions of Soledaro-Artemovsky, Avdeevsky and Maryinsky. The group added that its aviation also attacked gatherings of manpower and equipment near Kleshcheevka.
In addition, the group’s artillery destroyed two D-20, one D-30, one American-made M777 and one German-made Panzerhaubitze 2000 howitzers as well as two mortars near Serebryanka, Spornoye, Svetlogorsk Fedorovka and Druzhkovka.
An ammunition depot of Kiev forces located near Druzhkovka was also destroyed by the group’s Tornado-S heavy multiple rocket launchers.
New videos showed recent clashes near Bakhmut as well as the shoot down of a Ukrainian Su-25 close air support fighter jet near Orekhov in the Zaporozhye sector.
Other videos that surfaced online on July 5 and 6 showed recent strikes with precision-guided Krasnopol artillery shells and Lancet loitering munitions against howitzers and other equipment of Kiev forces on different sectors.
More than a month into their spring counteroffensive, the performance of Kiev forces appears to be deteriorating. The forces are sustaining more losses in manpower and equipment. At the same time they remain bogged down kilometers away from the Russian military’s main line of defense.

colonel markus reisner of the austrian armed forces stated today that they currently believe that the 1st phase of the ukrainian offensive has failed due to ukrainian forces attempting to use nato military tactics which do not work against fortified and heavily-mined russian defenses, however he further stated that ukraine is now beginning to change tactics and that he expects for there to be limited-successes along the frontline but no major breakthroughs.🤡🤡n🤡a🤡t🤡o🤡🤡
lo si sta già vedendo sul campo. ma non puoi impedire ai russi di fare altrettanto. agli ucraini rimane il vantaggio della mentalità dei loro ufficiali plasmata dalla nato: disprezzo totale per la vita dei loro soldati.
