Terrorists are blocking the exit of civilians from the eastern part of Aleppo in every possible way threatening them with shooting or public execution.
The exit of civilians from the eastern part of Aleppo is being blocked by terrorists, in every possible way threatening them with shooting or public execution, the head of the Russian center for reconciliation of the opposing sides in Syria, Sergei Chvarkov, said on August 3.
“Reports that are coming in say the militants are training women and children as suicide bombers for staging terror attacks,” Chvarkov said.
“The Reconciliation center delivers food, medicines and daily necessities on a daily basis to the checkpoint areas. To date, 15 tons of humanitarian cargo have been delivered to the checkpoints for the population. Humanitarian aid is airlifted to Aleppo’s eastern part daily,” he added.
According to Chvarkov, Aleppo’s districts controlled by illegal armed groups have been left by a total of 372 civilians, including 76 children, via humanitarian corridors. The head of the Russian center in Syria also added that 94 gunmen laid down arms, and 203 people received skilled medical care.
The Russia-led coalition forces have created seven humanitarian corridors for Aleppo residents, leaving city, and one security corridor for gunmen laying down arms.
