On the night of March 10, Russian forces launched new wave of strikes on the Ukrainian military facilities in different Ukrainian regions. Ukrainian sources confirmed explosions in the Mykolaiv, Odessa, Vinnytsia, Kharkiv, Dnepropetrovsk and Khmelnitsky regions. Ukrainian authorities confirmed damage to ‘some industrial facilities’ in the Vinnytsia and Odessa regions.
Ukrainian officials do not disclose details of the damage caused by the Russian strikes, but they are often revealed by local sources. On March 10, Russian strike destroyed an ammo depot of the 48th arsenal, located in the south of Kalinovka in the Vinnytsia region. The large facilities in the area were used for storage of artillery shells, including those promised by the West.
The warehouses were reportedly struck by two Russian kamikaze drones. As a result of the strikes, a fire broke out at the arsenal, accompanied by the numerous explosions of the secondary detonation of the ammunition.
More strikes of Russian drones were confirmed in the Odessa region. The local authorities reported a large fire at an “industrial enterprise”. According to local reports, the territory of an abandoned brick factory located on the northern outskirts of Odessa was hit by four drones.
In addition, the airfield in Starokonstantinov in the Khmelnitsky region came under another attack. The runway and several infrastructure facilities at the airfield were reportedly damaged. Another drone strike was reported in Snigirevka in the Mykolaiv region, where an airfield is located. At least one Russian missile struck Ukrainian military facility in Pokrovsk.
