A group strike targeted defense facilities and energy infrastructure that support its work in Ukraine over the night of October 24 and 25, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced.
The large-scale strike was carried out in response to “terrorist attacks” launched by Ukraine against civilian facilities on the territory of Russia, the ministry said in a brief statement, noting that “long-range ground-based high-precision weapons” were used.
“The targets were defeated, all the assigned facilities were neutralized,” it added.
Ukraine’s air force said that the Russian military launched nine ballistic missiles and 62 suicide drones, of which four missiles and 50 drones were intercepted.
Despite these claims, hits were reported by Ukrainian and Russian media from the capital, Kiev, to the regions of Sumy, Kharkiv, Odessa, Zaporizhzhia, and the territories of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
Heavy damage was reported in Kiev, where the Thermal Power Plant Number 6 and a plant that produces military radio equipment were hit. Meanwhile in Kharkiv, military warehouses and repair sites in different areas, including near Kupyansk, Lozova, and Vovchansk.
Railway and fuel infrastructure facilities utilized by Kiev forces were also struck in Sumy. In addition, the strikes targeted port and logistics facilities in Odessa, mainly near Tuzly and Chornomorsk.
Russia has been launching such group strikes on a regular basis in response to Ukrainian attacks on its territories since the start of the special military operation more than three years ago. In recent months, such strikes became more frequent, in some cases taking place on several days in a row.
The strikes have been also becoming more effective, even according to Ukraine itself, which blame this on insufficient air defense supplies by its allies in the West.
Ukrainian attacks on Russian territories also increased in the last few months, although they are not becoming more effective.
According to a statement by the Russian MoD, six Ukranian suicide drones were intercepted over the Bryansk region and another was shot down over the Moscow region on October 25. No casualties or damage was reported by Russian media, however.
All in all, recent Russian group strikes on Ukraine reflect an increase in the production of missiles and drones, as well as an improvement in the intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition, and reconnaissance capabilities of the country.

that’s impossible for him to do legally therefore since by contract law anything impossible is not legal he could do it because he couldn’t do it .it wouldn’t stand the test of the highest law later and the could ” quietly ” make corrections but russians aren’t so dumb ,they do know the law so he can’t allegedly .
