Russian Investigative Committee Says Kiev Used Tochka-U Tactical Missiles Against E. Ukraine Civilians

The Russian Investigative Committee has annouced it has rock-solid proof that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been using tactical ballistic missiles against civilians in eastern Ukraine.

“The office of the Russian State Investigative Committee, dealing with crimes involving the use of prohibited means and methods of warfare, has discovered and procedurally documented irrefutable evidence that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been using weapons of mass destruction, namely the Tochka-U tactical missile complexes against civilians in the armed conflict in the south-east of Ukraine,” the committee said in a statement on Monday.

The committee emphasized that the Tochka-U system can fire a wide range of missiles (conventional, non-conventional, chemical or even nuclear).

“Such weapons [as the Tochka-U] can be classified as weapons of mass destruction, having an extremely high destructive power over a large area. They are intended for causing mass casualties and damage to large spaces and aim to injure an unlimited number of people in the affected area. International treaties prohibit the use of weapons which leave no chance of survival for both belligerents and civilians during armed clashes or armed conflicts. The use of such indiscriminate weapons simultaneously entails the loss and injury of civilians and excessive damage to civilian objects,” the statement reads.

According to the committee, the use of these weapons by the Ukrainian Army is a clear violation of the Minsk agreements, as well as the Geneva Convention on the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War.

The Ukrainian military reportedly used Tochka-U missiles against a number of settlements in the Lugansk region: Lugansk, Novosvetlovka, Ternovoye, Rovenki and Yubileyniy.

I’m sure Western Media will have this front and center. Trump was right to call to call it Fake News.

pietro del prete

No reports on MSM about they are complicit of Poroschenko crimes.

Random guy

Who gave a Russian State Committee a mandate to investigate things in Ukraine? Imagine FBI investigating war in Chechnya. Ridiculous.

grumpy_carpenter

There is a civil war in the Donbass region of the Ukraine. That means that Ukrainian sovereignty in that region is being disputed and at the moment the Ukraine has no control over that region. Russian State Committee was likely invited in by the rebels. it’s like when the US military went into Iraq looking for WMD’s they had zero authority to do so but they did it anyway because the legitimate government didn’t have the means to stop them.

Random guy

So if Chechens invited FBI to investigate, it would have been ok?

grumpy_carpenter

Fine by me, the Russians might not like it but if the Chechens controlled the territory to the extent that the FBI could get there and investigate whose to stop them?

Random guy

Thats fine by me as well. But currently is not fine by the international law.

Robert Ferrin

Oh my international law lmao since when have we payed any attention to international law Serbia Libya Iraq Vietnam,no these won’t pass the sniff test so lets not go where we have no knowledge of something we don’t understand…

Random guy

cool. lets all forget the laws and do whatever we want. nuke Syria, blockade Kaliningrad.

grumpy_carpenter

The USA has picked and chose what international laws to follow and what ones to enforce since forever. Usually the way it goes is you enforce international law if it’s someone else and ignore them if it’s the USA.

I mentioned the Iraq war and torture in an earlier post but it goes way deeper than that. The USA ignores the 28 UNSC violations over the occupation of Palestine and the occupied territories but sanctions Russia over Crimea.

The Palestinians are treated worse than dogs by the Israelis while the Crimean’s are happy to be Russian again …. you want to see a civil war in the Ukraine try getting the Crimean’s to go back. yet the USA persists in their coy little games …. I’ve never seen such drama and hypocrisy since high school.

Random guy

Yes but if it is about happiness then Chechnya should also be independent, as at the time of war they wanted to be out. If it is about international law, then Crimea goes back to Ukraine. Unless we ourselves want to impose double standards to our liking, like US did many times before.

grumpy_carpenter

Do Chechens as a whole really want out of Russia or was it a minority of Chechen Islamic fundamentalists who wanted to impose an Islamic state on Chechnya that was at the root of the Chechen conflict?

Would the USA let a minority group of religious fanatics force Texas to separate from the USA without a fight? Or California?

OTOH what if there was a referendum in Cuba or Venezuela and 95% of the population voted to oust their government and become a protectorate of the USA? Would the USA help or say “oh no we can’t possibly break international law and interfere in another countries internal affairs”

Now picture the same scenario was only Cuba was once part of the USA and was given to Castro as a gift before they seceded and is populated with English speaking Americans with friends and family in the USA. Do you think the USA would help bring them home or respect “international law” and leave them to their fate?

Here is a map that shows the ethnic makeup of the Ukraine. the red parts are Russian Crimea is that peninsula at the bottom of the map.

Random guy

1. Chechnya. Minority? Minority of 1.4million region kicked out Russian army? I don’t think so. 2. If minority, then no. 3. Referendum before or after US invades Cuba or Venezuela? 4. If USA recognised (leaving alone international community) Cuba as an independent country, then respect the law. Flip-floping has never been respected. 5. Are you suggesting the countries should be divided by ethnicity?

grumpy_carpenter

Read and comprehend ALL the words in my post before trying to rebut.

I said “A minority of Chechen Islamic fundamentalists” Note the word “A” not “the” and you’ll understand your error.

Nowhere did I suggest “Chechnya. Minority?” It’s not even an understandable phrase let alone a sentence worthy of puncuation.

Nor did I suggest anywhere that any nation should be “divided ethnically.” Nations and people decide that for themselves.

This doesn’t mean however that nations aren’t divided along ethnic lines, migration and changes in national borders are constant in this world and to deny this is blind ignorance.

Random guy

ok

grumpy_carpenter

When has that stopped anyone. The Iraq war was illegal, waterboarding is illegal, the invasion of Panama…..the list is endless say nothing of the 2008 Wall street fraud that nearly brought down the world economy and what did the USA do about that crime…..bail out the perpetrators, let them pay themselves big bonuses for a successful scam and allow them to go back to work setting up the next scam.

Random guy

I do not deny those happenings. But it would be wrong to demonize only one side, while all big powers have applied double standards and violated the international law. So there are no angels in here. Therefore it should be decided: whether we all follow the law, or f..k it lets have chaos.

EL ZORRO

The fact is, the United States has been at war for 222 years out of the last 239 years. That’s 93% of the time! Since the Declaration of Independence was written in 1776, the U.S. has actually been at peace (albeit, planning for further wars) for a total of only 21 years. Not one U.S. president actually qualifies as a solely peacetime president, and the only time the United States lasted five years without going to war was between 1935 and 1940(albeit, planning how to enter in WWII) during the period of the Great Depression.

Since 1980, the US has invaded, occupied and shelled to the ground 14 Muslim countries, just since 2001 US invaded 5 countries and has killed 2 million civilians, also CREATED A TERRORISTS BRIGADE I.S.I.S. Did you know that?

Random guy

Why do you keep telling me all these stories. I know all that. And f..k US for that. But f..k all other countries that have done it too. Thats my point. There should be no freeriders.

EL ZORRO

Which country can mach the UNITED STATES RECORD?.

Random guy

is it a race?

EL ZORRO

Western world has been engaged in mass murder. Let us not go too far back in history, let us even ignore the hundreds of millions of people killed in the 20th century and just look at events since the year 2000. Since then, we have had a regime in the US that has ignored international law and used terror and mass murder to manipulate its own citizens and those of other countries into war. With the September 11th, 2001 (911) false flag terror attacks. Since then the US leadership invaded the Middle East and murdered hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people. It has also been spreading biological weapons like HIV, SARS, Ebola, Bird Flu etc. in an attempt to start mass pandemics.

Random guy

does it give a right to others to repeat the same?

EL ZORRO

The numerous unprovoked wars of aggression that have been waged by the US and UK are unlawful and quite outrageous and by any standard. The world has come to realize that the global policeman — the U.S. military — has become a serial war criminal. Of course, it is always the London-based international bankers who are manipulating the Pentagon to fight their corporate wars for oil and gas, land and water. Because the engineered wars in the Middle East have become so brutal in their violence on civilian populations, the international community has become aware that all terrorism is in actuality state-sponsored terrorism. And, that the lead nations in the AAA (the U.S. and UK) are the primary sponsors of the ever-present worldwide terrorism. In other words, the genocide and crimes against humanity perpetrated throughout the Mideast have been perpetrated by the Zio-Anglo-American Axis. The vast majority of nations now know that their people have been victimized by state-sponsored terrorism and war crimes committed by the US and UK, as well as by Israel, France, Canada, Germany and Australia.

Random guy

so.. Does it give a right to others to repeat the same?

EL ZORRO

Does you remember when Wesley Clark ex-Supreme Allied Commander of NATO said: “We’re going to take out seven countries in 5 years, starting with Iraq, and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and, finishing off Iran”…What nation has done or repeat the same?.

Random guy

So. is it like a upper limit of what other countries can do?

EL ZORRO

Not, it’s what some countries(U.S, NATO) can do with total impunity and the complicity of an ignorant population.

Random guy

if it was done by US, NATO, should we close our eyes in case if done by other countries?

EL ZORRO

Which is that other country that had mach that record?

Random guy

so country can be prosecuted only if they “match” the record? Until that “record” its a free shot?

EL ZORRO

What other country is any, where near that record?, let’s prosecute the record breaking countries and then go after the other minor offenders.

Random guy

For now lets say Atlantis, I gave hypothetical example not to deviate the topic yet, will give exact country name as soon as we establish the norms. So: If i understand you correctly until record holding countries are not persecuted, other countries will not be held accountable to their actions?

EL ZORRO

No country in the planet feel safe, until the guilty of so many atrocities are prosecute.

Random guy

thats not my question. question below, again: Until the record holding countries are not persecuted, do other countries get an immunity for what they possibly do?

EL ZORRO

You have to distinguish between “persecuted” and “prosecuted” and who are the persecutors and who will be the prosecutors.

Random guy

thats not my question. Should or shouldn’t others get an immunity? Seems like an easy question to me. I don’t understand why it is so hard for you to answer in almost 10 message conversation.

EL ZORRO

I just want to know, who you want to “persecute”; and you know, now, who should be prosecute. I don’t understand why it is so hard for you to answer.

Random guy

By UN with sanctions, for example. so now my question please

EL ZORRO

Since the United Nations started in 1945, it seems as though the world has been in a constant state of war and run by the U.S State Department(CFR). Who you want to persecute and what kind of “persecution”?

Random guy

ok mate. No offense, but you are not capable of having a normal conversation. i answered your questions you failed to do the same. you can write as much as you want, there will be nor response from me. have a nice day.

EL ZORRO

Adios.

Solomon Krupacek

You are noz fine by the menkind, animal!

Random guy

so make a decision. do you want it by the international law or not?

Fraggy_Krueger

I did. So it´s legitimate.

Random guy

hahah. good one.

Robert Ferrin

Hmm you don’t get around much do you for we have used the F.B.I. in many places including Africa and other places that suit us..

Random guy

with a mandate you can go anywhere you want.

Robert Ferrin

Lol you really ought to get a job with the the rest of the nut jobbers up in foggy bottom for you would fit right in black is white and white is black..
