On June 13, Russian Kalibr missiles hit an ammunition depot of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the town of Priluki in the Ukrainian Chernihiv region.
The 332 arsenal of missile weapons and ammunition of the AFU is located in the town in the A-4245 military base.
The local authorities confirmed that 3 missiles hit the military depot. As a result, a large explosion was seen in the area.
According to local reports, the Ukrainian authorities have begun evacuating from the outskirts of the city of Priluki. Probably, the local services had problems with extinguishing the fire.
On June 14, the Russian Ministry of Defence confirmed the attack in its daily briefing. Other targets of Russian forces in Ukraine were also revealed:
” The arsenal of artillery weapons and ammunition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was destroyed by high-precision long-range Kalibr missiles in the area of the settlement of Priluki, Chernihiv region.
In addition, 11 areas of concentration of manpower and Ukrainian military equipment, eight firing positions of artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including three platoons of multiple launch rocket systems “Grad” in the areas of the settlements of Bakhmut and Perezdnoye of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Lisichansk of the Luhansk People’s Republic, as well as two ammunition depots on the southern the outskirts of Kharkov and in the Gorsky district of the Luhansk People’s Republic.
Operational-tactical and army aviation hit 101 areas of concentration of manpower and military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As a result of air strikes, more than 350 nationalists, three control points, 13 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, six Grad multiple rocket launchers, 14 field artillery guns and 22 special vehicles were destroyed.
During the day, Russian air defense means shot down: a MiG-29 aircraft of the Air Forces of Ukraine in the area of Slavyansk (DPR) and a Mi-24 helicopter in the area of Snegirevka, Mykolaiv region. Nine Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were also shot down in the areas of the settlements of Chervonaya Gusarovka, Bolshye Prokhody, Malaya Kamyshevakha, Kharkiv region, Apostolovo, Dnipropetrovsk region, Donetsk, Levkovka, Yakovlevka (DPR). In addition, intercepted: Ukrainian ballistic missile “Tochka-U” in the Vernopolye area of the Kharkiv region and 14 rockets MLRS “SMERCH” in the areas of settlements Donetsk, Alexandrovka (DNR), Popasnaya (LNR) and Sukhaya Kamenka Kharkiv region.
During the day, rocket troops and artillery hit: 280 areas of concentration of manpower and military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 18 control points, 59 firing positions of artillery and mortar units, as well as a fuel depot in the area of Konstantinovka (DPR).”
