On February 11, a loitering munition hit a pickup truck of the al-Qaeda-affiliated Turkistan Islamic Party (TIP) in the town of Tuffahiyeh in the northern Lattakia countryside.
The truck, which was loaded with ammunition, was destroyed. No casualties were reported. However, the TIP does not usually acknowledge its losses in Syria as most of its militants are Chinese Uyghurs.
Several opposition sources claimed that the unidentified loitering munition was launched by Russian forces. This is yet to be confirmed.

Last year, a series of strikes with loitering mentions targeted militants’ positions and equipment in different parts of the northwestern Syrian region of Greater Idlib. Syria, Russia and Iran were all accused of carrying out these strikes.
Today’s strike may have been a response to recent attacks by the TIP and other terrorist groups in northern Lattakia. In the last 24 hours, sniper fire targeted three Syrian service members in the region.
More than a year after the Russian-Turkish agreement on Greater Idlib, the situation in the region is still far from being stabile. Terrorist groups continue to carry out provocations.

They don’t brag. Killing is nothing something to brag about, especially from the nation that endured thousand of years famine, wars and catastrophes. It’s in their DNA now. When they use something it isn’t a toy, they mean business.
when is time for tactical nukes testing Russia? there is stockpile of older SSSR tactical nukes… anything that can make their testicles flying over the tallest buildings is worthy of trying!

Oh, I really don’t ever expect Russia to use tactical nukes on anybody. ( Except of course against aggressors on Russia). Russians are not US, because when US nukes country nobody even knows that they did that. Fr. example they have nuked Iraq with hundreds of tons of “depleted uranium”. Making the same long term effect effect on population es if it was nuke attack. Poisoning the ground, water supply for centuries .. (and getting rid of stockpile of their radioactive waste for free ) They did the same to Yugoslavia…

Those Urigurs are not from China at all. They are Significant diasporic communities of Uyghurs in other Turkic countries such as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Turkey. Smaller communities live in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Australia, Russia and Sweden.
Yes they are, China’s made many statements concerning the TIP and their origins, and also accused Erdogan of being the main person stirring them up and inciting their demands for independence. The Chinese don’t call them the TIP though, they call them the East Turkestan Islamic Movement (ETIM).
The Russians have attacked the TIP many times over the last 12 months so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a Russian drone strike, but reports on syrialiveuamaps say all the superpowers had drones active over Idlib yesterday, so it could’ve also been an Iranian drone that slipped into Latakia and made the attack, it definitely wouldn’t be the Turks and I doubt the US did it. Just imagine the skies over Idlib yesterday, Turkish drones, US drones, Russian drones, and Iranian drones all flying around at the same time, it’s a wonder there were no accidents, but I also have to wonder what the hell were they all doing flying over Idlib at the same time, it’s nearly suspicious since this is the first time I’ve ever read a report claiming these countries were fling drones in the same spot at the same time.
