Are Russian Media Outlets a Part of U.S. PSYOPs?

A screenshot from RBC.ru

On October 3, the ISIS-linked news agency Amaq released a video showing two Russians – Roman Zabolotniy and Grigory Surkanov – that ISIS captured in central Syria in late September.

The world media, including even such outlets like CNN and BBC, did not published the video that needed additional verification and research.

However, a notable part of the Russian media sphere once again showed its real face. Many major Russian-language media outlets, including RBC, Meduza and others, released with fervor the video depicting poor tortured victims of Russian origins in Syria. These media outlets did not research the situation additionally and did not provide any alternative points of views.

Once again, it is easy to see that the journalism ethics and standards have shifted significantly around the world.

SF I never gave you a dime, let this be clear.

Could you imagine the Knights of Columbus being declared a terrorist group pretty much what they try to do to the Cossacks , both may have some members with military service like most they are more interested in helping others in this day and age.

Actually Southfront is the only place ( and I do mean only) that I don’t think is trying to push me into a predetermined way of thinking. That does not mean I just swallow everything, but that everything is worth pondering and taking into consideration. I don’t bother with the bbc et al. RT I skim but rather dislike and hold at arms length.

As I said many times – huge % of Russian media is zio owned. Many of them hide under patriotic looks (because people demand it) but their deeds tell the story.

One of the aspects of RT I find curious is it’s anti-Muslim undertone which is very similar to western MSM, specially after the Europe’s refugee crisis (perhaps the only reason European leaders decided to accept refugees without any kind of screening or check was to bring militants with them to do all kinds of things). Anyway I never saw they mention the terror groups’ real religion -Wahhabism and ISIS claimed responsibility for almost all “Islamic” terror attacks.

Another nuisances for me is that they don’t call the Persian Gulf by it’s real name. For them it’s the Gulf. I mean come on! Even NYT and WaPo call it correctly.

Still, I prefer RT to western MSM and specially any Persian speaking media broadcasting from outside of the country.

If Golf is your main concern, RT ought to be proud of their work ;-D.

Garga

No, I don’t know how to play “golf”.

‘Anyway I never saw they mention the terror groups’ real religion -Wahhabism and ISIS claimed responsibility for almost all “Islamic” terror attacks.’

In that you are not right: in Russian media the word ‘islamistic’, not ‘islamic’ terror, is used. A big difference in meaning, as 12% of Russia’s people are muslims.

I don’t think that’s entirely fair. RT regularly covers Hassan Nasrallah, Hezbollah, the PMUs and various other shia voices from within Syria as well as Lebanon, Palestine, Iran and Iraq. They don’t follow the US anti-Iranian line. They aren’t particularly nice to the Sunni extremists around the house of Saud. I don’t think they’re anti-Sunni either, but definitely anti-salafist.

On another matter – I suspect ISIS is actually a Talmudic organization under Israeli / US control. Wahhabism seems to peddle the same “even-the-best-of-them-deserve-to-die” bullshit that the Talmudists say about the goyyim). Islam has never been as barbaric as ISIS is now. And ISIS singles out Christians for special treatment, which is also not a normal Islamic behaviour. Why all the extra effort taken to re-attack Al Qaryatayn?

Valery Grigoryev

Just opposit: these media outlets DID research the situation additionally. http://www.rbc.ru/society/03/10/2017/59d3d0559a79475ca92519e2 Take a look on the second photo. Left man.

You link not the first post released by RBC.

Valery Grigoryev

Yes. RBC is reliable. It’s not propagandistic.

Russian soldiers do not wear beards … and they are too old anyway. Whoever they are working for, private mercs or company, who cares.

It’s the media stunt that counts, nothing else. There is enough stupid media cattle that buys everything that is fed to them, not only the media outlet themselves who simply possess the copy & paste editorial office, as they cannot afford a real editorial office with their finances.

“Once again, it is easy to see that the journalism ethics and standards have shifted significantly around the world.”

Keep dreaming, SouthFront. Zion’s media monopoly is well in place since several hundred years.
