Last night in Ukraine was marked by massive shelling of military positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine throughout the country. 40 to 60 Russian missiles targeted the Ukrainian military within a few hours. The strikes were reportedly carried out from the territory of Belarus, the Russian Federation and the Black Sea. Any casualties among civilians were avoided.
One of the targets was the 169th training center “Desna” of the UFA in the Chernihiv region, which has already been hit by Russian missiles several times. The training center was first damaged on May 17th, when 87 Ukrainian servicemen were killed according to Ukrainian President Zelensky.
On June 25, Russian forces launched about 20 missiles on the Desna center. The Ukrainian side is yet to comment on the attack. The number of victims is yet to be revealed.
The Western Ukrainian regions were also hit by Russian missiles.
According to the Mayor of Zhytomyr, 24 rockets hit military facilities near the city. Russian warplanes reportedly struck the AFU facilities from the airspace of Belarus. The city of Zhytomyr was not damaged. No details on the destruction and casualties at the AFU facilities were revealed.

The governor of the Lviv region, Maxim Kozitsky, confirmed the strikes on the Yavorovsky district where the notorious international military training ground is located. Six Russian missiles reportedly targeted the AFU facility. Two of them were shot down by air defense, four hit the target.
According to an anonymous source in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Russian attack destroyed several targets in the Mykolaiv region. They included the command post of the 28th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine located in the local gymnasium No. 25 and the command post of the 59th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the Kulbakino airfield.

On June 25, the Russian Ministry of Defence reported that the Russian Aerospace Forces struck military facilities at the Megateks zinc plant facilities in Konstantinovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
As a result of the attack, up to 80 Polish mercenaries, 20 armoured combat vehicles and 8 Grad multiple rocket-launching systems were destroyed.
According to the Russian MoD:
Operational-tactical and army aviation, missile troops and artillery have neutralised manpower and military equipment in 284 areas, 2 munitions, missiles and artillery armament depots near Volcheyarovka (Lugansk People’s Republic), as well as artillery and mortar units in 43 areas.
Within counter-battery warfare towards Donetsk, high-precision attacks launched by Russian Aerospace Forces have neutralised: 8 Uragal MRLS artillery plattoons near Kurakhovo, Ukrainsk, Novosyolovka Vtoraya, Vozdvizhenka and 2 artillery plattoons near Ukrainsk and Yasnobrodovka that had been shelling Donetsk and other settlements of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
Attacks launched by aviation, missile troops and artillery have resulted in the elimination of over 780 nationalists, 8 tanks and other armoured combat vehicles, 3 Uragan MRLS combat vehicles, 10 field artillery cannons and mortars, 13 special vehicles.
Russian air defence means have destroyed 21 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles near Popasnaya, Kapitanovo (Lugansk People’s Republic), Andreyevka, Barvenkovo, Bolshiye Prokhody, Velikaya Kamyshevakha, Verbovka, Donetskoye, Dolgenkoye, Izyum, Maliye Prokhody, Malaya Kamyshevakha, Olkhovatka, Chervoniy Shakhtyor (Kharkov region), Pyatikhatka (Dnepropetrovsk region), Bobroviy Kut, Malaya Seideminukha, Molodyozhnoye (Kherson region) and near Snake Island.
1 Tochka-U ballistic missile has been intercepted near Molodyozhnoye (Kherson region) and 16 MRLS projectiles near Brazhkovka, Glinskoye, Dolgenkoye (Kharkov region), Avdeyevka (Donetsk People’s Republic) and near Snake Island.
In total, 213 airplanes and 132 helicopters, 1,355 unmanned aerial vehicles, 350 anti-aircraft missile systems, 3,797 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 670 combat vehicles equipped with multiple rocket-launching systems, 3,012 field artillery cannons and mortars, as well as 3,848 units of special military equipment have been destroyed during the special military operation.
The Russian MoD also reported that over 300 Ukrainian servicemen and foreign mercenaries, as well as 35 units of equipment have been eliminated near Nikolayev.
Personnel of 64th Battalion from 103rd Territorial Defence Brigade located in Lvov has refused to redeploy to operations area in the Donbass as it consists of untrained reservists and suffers lack of heavy armament.
