The Russian military had repelled several new attacks by Kiev forces in the directions of Donetsk, Krasny Liman and South Donetsk, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced on July 15.
The ministry said in a statement that the Russian Yug Group of Forces had repelled 17 attacks close to Severnoye, Kurdyumovka, Novomikhailovka, Maryinka, Kleshcheevka, Maloilyinovka, and Belogorovka. In addition, the group suppressed the activities of a Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group near Kurdyumovka.
Ukrainian losses amounted to 315 troops, two armored fighting vehicles, three pickup trucks, and a D-30 towed howitzer, according to the ministry.
Meanwhile in the Krasny Liman direction, the Russian Tsentr Group of Forces targeted several gatherings of manpower and equipment near Terny, Nevskoye and Chervonaya Dibrova. The group also repelled two attacks near Torskoye and Makeevka. Moreover, a sabotage and reconnaissance group hwas targeted near Chervonaya Dibrova.
The ministry said that Kiev forces lost 70 troops, two armored fighting vehicles, three pickup trucks, and a D-20 towed howitzer in this direction. An ammunition depot of Ukraine’s 100th Territorial Defence Brigade located near Yampol was also destroyed.
In the South Donetsk direction, the Russian Vostok Group of Forces targeted gatherings of Kiev forces near Makarovka and Rovnopol. The group also repelled two attacks by units of the 37th Marine Brigade close to Urozhaynoye.
In addition, two Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups were targeted by Russian forces near Staromayorskoye and Rovnopol.

In the Zaporozhye direction, as a result of selfless and coordinated actions of Russian troops, an enemy manpower and hardware the 128th Mountain Assault Brigade have been hit near Pyatikhatki (Zaporozhye region).

1 ammunition depot of the AFU 129th Territorial Defence Brigade has been destroyed near Makarovka (Donetsk People’s Republic).
In the Kupyansk direction, the attacks, launched by Operational-Tactical and Army aviation, and artillery of the Zapad Group of Forces, have resulted in the neutralization of the AFU manpower and hardware close to Krasnoye Pervoye, Novomlynsk and Molchanovo (Kharkov region).
The enemy losses were up to 20 Ukrainian servicemen, 2 armored fighting vehicles, 3 motor vehicles, 1 D-20 howitzer, and 1 Gvozdika self-propelled artillery system.
In the Kherson direction, the enemy losses were up to 30 Ukrainian servicemen, 3 motor vehicles, 1 Msta-B howitzer and 1 Akatsiya self-propelled artillery system.
Operational-Tactical and Army aviation, Missile Troops and Artillery of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have neutralized 73 AFU artillery units at their firing positions, manpower and hardware in 93 areas.
Ammunition depots of the 33rd mechanized and 44th artillery brigades of the AFU, as well as the 5th Brigade of the Ukrainian National Guard, have been hit close to Yampol (Donetsk People’s Republic), Malaya Tokmachka and Novosolyonoye (Zaporozhye region).
Air defense units have shot down 3 projectiles launched by HIMARS MLRS.
In addition, 8 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles have been destroyed near Zhovtnyovoye (Kharkov region), Zaliman, Pshenichnoye, Kremennaya (Lugansk People’s Republic), Klyuchevoye (Donetsk People’s Republic) and Pologi (Zaporozhye region).
In total, 455 airplanes, 242 helicopters, 5,015 unmanned aerial vehicles, 426 air defense missile systems, 10,711 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,138 fighting vehicles equipped with MLRS, 5,462 field artillery cannons and mortars, as well as 11,678 special military motor vehicles have been destroyed during the special military operation.
Meanwhile, new videos from the front showed strikes with anti-tank guided missiles against two vehicles, artillery strikes against a mortar position and a pinpoint strike with an air launched guided missile against a drone control center of Kiev forces.
Kiev forces slowed down their attacks in the last two days after sustaining heavy losses and failing to make any new gains. However, this does not mean that the counteroffensive launched by Ukraine more than five weeks ago has ended. A new wave of large-scale attacks is likely being prepared.
