On October 10, the Russian Centre for the Reconciliation of Opposing Sides in Syria revealed that a cell of ISIS attacked a position of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) near the town of Al-Lataminah in the northern Hama countryside a day earlier. During the attack, the terrorists stole two chlorine cylinders and killed two members of the White Helmets, who were working there.
According to the reconciliation center, ISIS elements moved the containers to the southern Aleppo countryside and then handed them over to another terrorist group, al-Qaeda-affiliated Horas al-Din.
“Western countries, planning provocations against the Syrian government forces using controlled armed gangs, do not take into account the difficult situation in the Idlib de-escalation zone … As a result of such irresponsible actions, toxic substances fell into the hands of ISIS terrorists, whose actions cannot be predicted,” the Russian reconciliation center said in an official statement.
Earlier this year, Russia revealed that Western countries had supplied HTS with dangerous chemical elements, including chlorine, and warned from such reckless step. However, it appears that some states, which are eager to inflame the war in Syria, have ignored these warnings.
Does that mean the Western Funded White Helmets/ISIS are arguing among themselves? No doubt desperate to implement the ‘false flag’ before the OPCW meeting on the 15th.

because they want them to do what they are planning is my guess. They already know everything and told to the world in detail, what is about to happen, meaning they have the evidence.
If the russians go in and something go wrong, not only they lose people but the same time the mass media of the khazars will accuse them, they plant the chemicals and all the rest. So you see is kind of a double edge knife, beside they be waiting for them.

Must admit, that confuses me. They know where they are, but, besides communication, do not remove the problem. Unless, owing to the instability, it would cause more problems then it would solve.
The Russians may know that the chlorine will be used to purify drinking water. Home deliveries of potable water is widespread thru out rural Syria due to foul ground water or no water at all. HTS may be preventing the groups that oppose them from obtaining chlorine from Turkey.

Oh, yes. This is all about you. You keep attacking SF coverage. The other day you lectured them about Russian propaganda and the like regarding the American clandestine BioWeapons program. Within several hours news broke that Western Scientists from respected Universities and Institutes were publishing their own concerns about those very programs in a Scientific Journal. The video is too short; it shows only a backhoe loader moving a couple of feet.
I guess we have to use our imagination here Ivan. The backhoe is getting ready to dig a hole to hide the chlorine canisters in. Which may be in loaded in the white vehicle ? Sorry, that’s all I could come up with. :)
