Warplanes of the Russian Aerospace Forces carried out early on November 9 several airstrikes on terrorists’ positions in the southern Idlib countryside.
According to the UK-based Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), the airstrikes targeted the towns of Kafar Sijnah, Sheikh Mustafa and outskirt of the town of Sarmin.
Meanwhile, Syrian Arab Air Force (SyAAF) helicopters targeted the terrorist-occupied part of northern Lattakia, mainly the town of Kabani. The villages of Kindah and Tell Khador in northwest Idlib were also targeted by the helicopters.
In the last two days, at least five militants were killed in Russian and Syrian airstrikes on Greater Idlib. The results of today’s airstrikes are yet to be revealed.
These intense airstrikes came in response to the repeated provocations by Greater Idlib terrorists, who rejected all Russian-Turkish de-escalation agreements on the region.
