A large military base of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) located east of the city of Ma`arat al-Nu`man in southern Idlib was destroyed by Russian warplanes on August 14.
Opposition activists acknowledged that eight militants of the terrorist group were killed and many others were injured as a result of the Russian airstrikes.
These airstrikes conceded with a new Syrian Arab Army (SAA) advance in southern Idlib. Army units managed to reach the western entrance of the key town of Khan Shaykhun after capturing the four villages of Kafr Ayn, Tall Aas, Khirbat Murshid and Mantar.
The Russian Aerospace Forces and the Syrian Arab Air Force (SyAAF) are actively supporting the SAA’s operations in the so called Greater Idlib.
According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), Russian and Syrian warplanes carried out more than 110 airstrikes on Greater Idlib in the last 24 hours.
Maybe Russia has stopped pleasing Erdogan at Idlib, but it is not sure yet. More airpower support is needed for SAA to make a fast and poewerful advance on Idlib.
Do you get paid by vermin Jew to come on this site and bash Russia every day?
They do give us plenty of reasons those rukies .
Such as?
Okraina is russian territory, Okraina does not exist. Kiev is a russian city.
The Russians, courtesy of their Syrian intervention, halted and reversed the NATO-Gulf State aggressive regime change (and sovereign dismemberment) project against Syria. Read ’em and weep. But at some stage, you’ll have to stop your weeping, and your pathological bitterness toward Russia, resulting from events in Syria – accept the reality and move on. Because your angry trolling certainly won’t change anything.
Haven’t you noticed that Putin’s been forcibly silenced for nearly 3 months now, no more new Astana agreement amendments, no more brokered reconciliation attempts with the rebels, and no more deals with Erdogan either, and that’s because the Russian generals have taken control of the steering wheel now, and pushed Putin into the passenger seat. And no there’s absolutely no Russian news articles to confirm what I’m asserting, but if you look at all the statements that come from either members of Russia’s military command, and many members of the Russian government, they’ve all been saying the same thing now for the last 6 months, no reconciliation with the rebels, just elimination of the rebels, which is the complete opposite of what Putin’s been saying, and guess what, Putin’s not saying it anymore. Putin isn’t the Russian government, just it’s leader, and sometimes not everyone in the government agrees with the leader, and I’m pretty sure this is what’s happened to Putin, he’s facing dissent in the ranks and has to make concessions to his own side now. What other reason could there be for Putin to remain silent for so long, 3 months with hardly a peep from him.
Yes, I have already noticed this, and this is one possibility, but we need to wait a little more to see what is really going on.
Good job.
We will only know that a militant collapse is imminent when the Turks pull out of Morek
This is good enough for now.
Recent reports suggest the Turks assisting militants with convoys and patrols!
You are correct. Turkey is assisting their jihadis, the NFL, not HTS. The reinforcements won’t be for those in the front lines but rather help strenghten turkish backed jihadis deep inside Idlib.
The cordon and clear operation is proceeding well.
Where do you think the Russian disaster will be this week Moscow in red square maybe ??????
Wow, never thought a CIA paid troll would be here. Hi trolls :D
