The Federal Security Service (FSB) detained three members of a terrorist cell, which had been collecting money for ISIS, in the southern Russian regions of Krasnodar, Dagestan and Adygea, the FSB said in a statement on January 21.
According to the report, the terrorists were involved in collecting funds under the pretext of charity actions and were sending them to ISIS in Syria. During their actions, the terrorists collected about 10,000,000 rubles.
