On January 15, the Saudi-led coalition and its proxies captured an entrance to the airport of al-Hudaydah after clashes with the Houthis, according to the Sky News Arabia TV.

According to Yemeni sources, Houthi fighters withdrew to their fortified positions inside the airport, which is witnessing heavy clashes now.

Sky News Arabia reported that warplanes of the Saudi-led coalition supported the attack on the airport and carried out a series of airstrikes on the Houthis’ positions there.

According to the Houthis’ media wing, the Saudi-led coalition managed to advance towards al-Hudaydah after conducting more than 300 airstrikes on the outskirts of the airport. The media wing added that Houthi fighters killed dozens of Saudi-backed fighters during the clashes around the airport.

Earlier, the Yemeni Missiles Force [loyal to the Houthis] announced that it had launched an OTR-21 Tochka missile at a gathering of Saudi-led coalition troops along the western coast of Yemen. The Yemen al-Masirah TV claimed that dozens of coalition fighters had been killed in the missile strike.

In a related development, the UN Special Envoy to Yemen, Martin Griffiths, is expected to meet with Houthi officials in the province of Sanaa soon. The two sides will discuss a plan, which may stop the Saudi-led coalition attack on al-Hudaydah.

Previously, similar efforts failed, as the Saudi-led coalition is determined to get a full control of the strategic port of al-Hudaydah in any way.

KSA pilots are former Royal Air Force (British).

Why doesn’t SF report that Putin voted at the UNSC to ban all weapon supplies to the Houthis? Why doesn’t SF report that immediately after this vote, Putin worked to supply the wahhabi nations attacking Yemen with Russia’s most sophisticated ‘for export’ weapon systems?

Russia backs the Saudi war on Yemen in every degree. Saudi Arabia is the blood brother of Israel- wahhabism actually being a form of judaism, not islam. And we all witnessed in horror as Putin the zionist appeaser feted the jewish Hitler in every way at the latest celebrations in Russia.

Putin hangs out to dry the ordinary people of novorussia, who die daily as the West/jewish backed neo-nazi regime of Ukraine never stops bobmbarding civilian districts. Notice how SF never covers this these days? Novorussian grass-roots leaders who demanded action to end this situation were all murdered- the ‘night of the long knives’ never ends in Novorussia.

Even that zionist troll, The Saker, in his latest long winded dribble on this site, admitted Putin has allowed the partition of Syria. Time for people here to open their eyes, and understand exavtly what is coming.

Blucross

I believe you are incorrect regarding Putins position.

Thunder

i agree russia did in fact sent ground to air missle defence systems to those child killers the saudi’s WTF??russia what the hell u doing helping those devils in the dessert what fckn side u on??

S Melanson

What systems? I hear Saudi claims of ‘Patriot’ systems shooting down Houthi missiles but have not heard of any Russian system in play. Given the inferiority of the Patriot system, I doubt there are any Russian systems in KSA.

Nod

How much you get paid to sound like a moron ?

S Melanson

Apparently enough. This tripe was posted elsewhere and I asked for sources. I am still waiting.

Free man

It’s Russia / Putin phobia coming from supporters of the mullahs regime.

Goodoldinandout

You get paid for being a moron. Wow. Seems like easy money for this one.

Jeth Roderet

Actually, Russia has condemned this Saudi attack on Hudayah and warned that it will cause a humanitarian disaster.

Free man

You’re an Iranian troll who writes regularly against Russia. Even in articles not related to Russia.

This article claims that Saudi Arabia committed more then 300 air strikes around the area. Actually Israel conducted about 100 of those air strikes and Saudi Arabia most of the rest of the other 200. Israel is practicing on Yemen for the next round of bombing Syria into the stone age. And this is all part of Israels aim to wipe away the Iranian nation from the air soon. https://dailystormer.name/israeli-politician-announces-that-jews-are-the-master-race/

Icarus Tanović

Lets give em HELL!

S Melanson

Even better, let the Houthis continue to send them there. The Houthis will no doubt send plenty more on their merry way for an extended stay in a place they richly deserve.

But give it to the Houthis to show some compassion by making their trip to hell ‘exciting’ and ‘memorable’, having arranged with Disney Cruise Lines a group package for the Saudi coalition – ‘Sizzling Times on the Red Sea’ with none other than Satan as their Activities Director. Lucky bastards. Bon Voyage!

Icarus Tanović

Instead of Talk to talk rhetoric, let’s go there and give them Hell!

S Melanson

Icarus, do you know of people traveling from Western countries to Yemen to support the Houthis? If so, how would you get there given the whole area is a conflict zone?

Smaug

There’s a conflict of interests between the UN and Sanaa. The UN wants to end the carnage and the hunger while Sanaa wants to win the war. The Houthis will join the call for a cease fire only as long as they’re losing and will use any cease fire and humanitarian shipments as a cover for building their forces while the Saudis will want to prevent this. Ultimately the geography of the situation will be decisive.

DaBoiiiii

UN doesn’t give a shit about the carnage. UN works for the interest of the west and its its allies. The Houthis want the war to end and the Saudis and Emirates and mercs to go back to where they came from. Houthis already gave a draft resolution on the early days of the war for a solution, but the Saudis didn’t eant it.

Nod

” UN works for the interest of the west and its its allies.”

no they do not. Thats like saying the burger flipper works for the french fry maker.

They both work for globalists. All of our governments do. Of course. Because the globalists own us and our governments with debt.

“Until the control of the issue of currency and credit is restored to government and recognized as its most conspicuous and sacred responsibility, all talks of the sovereignty of Parliament and of democracy is idle and futile… Once a nation parts with the control of its credit, it matters not who makes the laws….Usury once in control will wreck the nation.” William Lyon MacKenzie King, former Prime Minister of Canada

“When a government is dependent upon bankers for money, they and not the leaders of the government control the situation, since the hand that gives is above the hand that takes… Money has no motherland; financiers are without patriotism and without decency; their sole object is gain.” – Napoleon Bonaparte, Emperor of France, 1815
