Saudi-led Coalition Destroys Houthis’ Communication Network In Northern Yemen (Video)

Support SouthFront

On July 7, the Saudi-led coalition announced that its warplanes destroyed a military communication network of the Houthis in the districts of Razih and Haydan in the northern province of Saada. The UAE-based al-Arabiya TV revealed that the network contained “advance technologies.”

In an official stament, the Saudi-led coalition warned that it will not allow the Houthis to possess “special capabilities and advanced techniques.”

The Yemeni al-Masirah TV said that the Saudi-led coalition airstrikes targeted civilian areas in Razih. However, the coalition claimed that its warplanes hit military targets, which were camouflaged and protected by anti-aircraft guns.

Few months ago, the Saudi-led coalition adopted a new policy, according to which it began to target the command and control chain of the Houthis, by assassinating key leaders and destroying the key communication networks of the Yemeni group. However, these efforts have not effected the battlefield yet.

SurfaceBook

this is just sad saudi propaganda , why this is in SF without a “propaganda tag” ? anything coming from saudi source is nothing but endless lies and propaganda..

the only thing that can be taken seriously is if saudi hit yemeni khat supply..

Smaug

Of course reports exaggerate the scale of the battle, but this illustrates an improvement in tactics for the Saudis.

Saudi coalition has been hitting radio stations for years. Along with strikes on weddings and funeral groupings. :(

Terra Cotta Woolpuller

Yes the assassinating of key leaders ” strikes on weddings and funerals groupings” and civilian infrastructure. US used to do this in Vietnam war thought it was a good way to bolster casualty numbers.

Mike

Your a delusion fuck head, they have been bombing that for years and there still stuck in a quagmire, look at their failed pathetic offensive in east Sanna or the ground down offensive on the west coast. Yup you are not only a shitty excuse of sub human being there Rosenberg but you are pathetic amateur analyst of military situation. No wonder why you Israeli’s got you butt kicked in Lebanon, stick to what you do best running financial scams there Rosenberg.

Well that certainly is a ‘very advanced’ radio station.

Below are excerpts from The National – a UAE based media company that parrots Coalition propaganda.

[in] Yemen, where eight million face a dire humanitarian situation [starving to death] and 22 million dependent on humanitarian aid at risk [not yet starving to death so the coalition still has work to do]

Aid distribution to Hudaydah civilians by the UAE is ongoing… with more than 69,300 benefitting [this is what we are letting through the blockade, aren’t we compassionate].

Right here we have the de facto admission that the coalition blockade has a stranglehold on what aid gets through and clearly, it is a pittance.

8 million starving and at grave risk. Coalition proudly announces aid for 70,000 while ignoring the fact that 7,930,000 out of 8,000,000 continue to starve. Now we can see why Yemen is currently the most severe humanitarian crisis in the world. The blockade is not to prevent arms shipments to the Houthis, it is to starve the Yemeni people into submission.

Not going to work and the Coaltion has paid, currently is paying and will continue to pay a heavy price for this crime.
