Early on September 1, warplanes of the Saudi-led coalition carried out a series of airstrikes on Houthi positions in the central Yemeni province of Dhamar.
In an official statement, the Saudi-led coalition said that the airstrikes target drones depots and anti-aircraft missiles of the Yemeni group without providing any further information.
“The operation is in line with the international humanitarian law and its customary rules … All precautions were taken to protect the civilians,” the statement, which was released by al-Arabiya, reads.
The pro-Houthis al-Masirah TV confirmed that Saudi-led coalition warplanes conducted at least seven airstrikes on the Community Collage in the northern part of Dhamar’s city center.
In the last two months, the Houthis intensified their attacks on key Saudi facilities and military sites. The Yemeni group used precision-guided missiles, suicide drones and even cruise missiles in its attacks.

I doubt there was any serious damage done by these airstrikes. Let’s wait and see next, what hits a sensitive KSA installation or if some of the fighters start to get shot down now. I am very skeptical that this was an effective raid. If they had an actual clue as to what to hit, they would have done it long before the Houthis and Co. began tearing it up in the gulf states. So much for Mossad being of any use to the KSA. My take at the moment. I wish well to all.
