SDF Deploy Reinforcements In Al-Hasakah Following Mutiny In Prison Hosting ISIS Prisoners

Source: sdf-press.com

Late on October 27, ISIS prisoners staged a mutiny at the Industrial Secondary Prison in the northeastern Syrian city of al-Hasakah.

Thousands of ISIS captives are being held at the Industrial Secondary Prison, which is run by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).

According to the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the mutiny was staged in response to the transfer of some ISIS prisoners from the Industrial Secondary Prison to a new detonation facility located near a US base in the town of al-Shaddadi in the southern al-Hasakah countryside. The SDF built the facility with support from the US-led coalition.

In an attempt to prevent any escape attempt, the SDF closed all the roads leading to Geweran, where the prison is located, and deployed large reinforcements in the district.

US-led coalition helicopters were also seen flying over the prison. The helicopters deployed flares, according to local sources.

Despite the US-led coalition support, the SDF have been struggling to keep ISIS captives behind the bars. The terrorists stage mutinies and make escape attempts on a regular basis.

The SDF have been attempting to send foreigners, who represent a large part of the captives, back for trial in their home countries for several years now, with very little success.

One bloated asylum seeker fool from Syria, living in london running sohr, has consistent sympathies for “isis” and the british created “white helmets”.

Rather odd, no?
