“An unarmed U.S. Africa Command remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) was lost over Tripoli, Libya, Nov. 21.
RPA operations are conducted in Libya to assess the ongoing security situation and monitor violent extremist activity.
These operations are critical to counter terror activity in Libya and are fully coordinated with appropriate government officials.
The incident is currently under investigation.”

This became the second incident involving a foreign combat drone in the Tripoli area this week. On November 20, a MQ-9A Predator B unmanned combat aerial vehicle of the Italian Air Force crashed at Tarhunah, southeast of Tripoli. The Italian combat drone was reportedly shot down by the Libyan National Army.
someone somewhere has learnedhow to intercept the command signals from the operator and is now selling the info to all and sundry on the other side of the divide, i.e. to the parties not aligned with the unhinged states of A/squatterrepublic and the nefarious plans this latter enemy of the world’s people have.
You could be right of course, but these things are so big, they are laughable.
US$15.9 million blasted. Lovely.
Bad streak of luck there.
Long may it last, John :)
