Iraqi Security Forces are advancing on Mosul
On Sunday, the Iraqi Army struck a military vehicle belonging to the Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham (ISIS) in the Makhoul Mountains, killing the emir (leader) of the area and 4 of his guards.
According to a report from the Iraqi Defense Ministry, the ISIS emir of the Makhoul Mountains was identified as “Abu ‘Abdullah”.
