According to Iranian Intelligence Minister Mahmoud Alavi, a senior spy, working for foreign intelligence services, has been killed by the Iranian Security Forces.

A senior spy, working for foreign intelligence services to destabilize Iranian borders, was killed by the Iranian Security Forces, the Press TV information website reported on Thursday, citing Iranian Intelligence Minister Mahmoud Alavi.
“The trace of spying agencies is seen in creating certain security challenges in the country’s borders,” Press TV quoted his words.
According to Alavi, 12 teams were set up by the agencies. They received $500,000 for every operation, while the salary of each member was $3,000 per month. If a person has been killed during an operation, his family received $10,000.
These expenses were made “to threaten our country’s security, but due to vigilance of the Iranian security forces, their plot was foiled, and their leader Abu Hafiz Balushi with the ID card name of Hosham Azizi was killed,” the Iranian minister said.
According to Alavi, a NATO-like security alliance seeks to destroy peace in Iran; however, it has failed to do this.
The minister stressed that terrorist groups along northwestern and southeastern borders of Iran are not able to endanger the country’s security. He noted that terrorists are just “puppets of enemies and arrogant powers,” adding that the CIA spy agency, Britain’s MI6, Israel’s Mossad, and the Saudi spy agency are cooperating with each other on the backstage in that regard.
Over the last few months, Iranian forces took part in clashes with terrorist groups, destroying their conspiracies, arresting a number of them, and confiscating large amounts of explosives and bomb-making materials.
Earlier this month, an “influential” member of the Islamic State (IS) terrorist group was killed by the Iranian Security Forces, as well as the terror cell, to which he belonged, was busted during clashes in the country’s western province of Kermanshah.
In June, the Iranian Intelligence Ministry reported about prevention of several terrorist attacks in the main Iranian cities, including Tehran. The department also released a video, showing a raid on the hideout of the terrorists in the capital.

russia should do the same, but they just ignore all the spies in their country.
Why would they leave out the name of the ‘foreign intelligence service’ or not at least provide the country of origin?
