That’s a demonetization issue, right? I thought we were talking about banning accounts…
Sorry, I meant driving everyone to other video hosting platforms, competitors to Google’s YouTube like BitChute. “The more you tighten your grip, Tarkin, the more star systems will slip through your fingers.”
This is news to me (i.e. false flag raids). It’s best to host those servers outside of North America and in countries that don’t always bend the knee to the Empire.
Platforms like RuTube exist; I don’t think its servers are in the US… Other competitors could have their servers in places other than the US, NATO countries, Five Eyes countries, etc., or they could use peer-to-peer or another distributed network system.
Downing the Internet would change the system… for the worse… Yes, I admit that vulnerability of servers and data access control of ISP megacorps are weaknesses of the Internet’s current configuration, but LRC, are you sure you understand just how much a threat the Internet and alternative media has been to the bankster mafia? The ability to circumvent corrupt leadership, then share ideas and information directly with regular people around the world near-instantaneously…?
It used to be that regular people had to wait 2 weeks after Japan got nuked to learn that Japan was trying to surrender for over 7 months. In 2013, I was able to see evidence and analysis for why Syria’s “moderate” terrorists were behind the chemical weapon attacks, not the Assad government within hours of the attacks. The Armed Forces Tea Party, American military could organize anti-war protests within days.
Evil empires, like any criminal network, survive on secrecy. Shut down the Internet, even just for 2 weeks, and you have no idea what those sociopaths could do in the shadows.
