On the night of June 11, Russia and Ukraine exchanged another wave of strikes in the rear regions. Compared to the recent days of escalation, the scale of attacks reduced but damage was reported on the both sides.
Ukrainian forces launched another drone strike on Russian defense infrastructure, targeting the Tambov Gunpowder Plant in Kotovsk for the second time in weeks. According to local reports, the attack caused a fire followed by detonations, though acting regional governor claimed no casualties occurred and the flames were quickly contained. Russian air defenses reportedly intercepted five drones over the area, though residents suspect same may have penetrated. The strike follows a similar attack on May 25, underscoring Kyiv’s intensified campaign against Russian military production sites.
The Russian Defense Ministry stated that a total of 32 Ukrainian drones were shot down overnight across multiple regions. In Kursk region, a separate UAV strike wounded three children, further escalating tensions. Moscow has repeatedly warned that such attacks on civilian sites risk severe retaliation.

Russia Responds With Large-Scale Strikes Across Ukraine
In a sweeping overnight operation, Russian forces launched a multi-front assault on Ukrainian military and logistics targets, deploying dozens of kamikaze and decoy drones, ballistic missiles. Among the key strikes was a precision hit on the Vorozhba Latinvest agricultural facility in the Sumy region, where Ukrainian forces had concealed military equipment. The attack destroyed two Western-made CLAAS Xerion tractors and Horsch Pronto DC systems repurposed for fortification construction and ammunition transport. Further south, in Dnipropetrovsk region’s Vasylkivka district, a Russian drone strike eliminated a ZIL-131 supply truck and a 23mm anti-aircraft gun, triggering secondary explosions.

The port city of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi in the Odessa region suffered heavy blows, with two warehouses storing Western-supplied equipment—including Harris radios, AN/PVS-31 night vision devices, and M721 mortar rounds—completely destroyed. The strike disrupts a critical supply route from Romania via the Danube, further straining Kyiv’s logistics. Meanwhile, in Vilkovo, five cottages used as staging grounds for sabotage groups and drone operations were obliterated in a concentrated UAV strike.
Tactical strikes also targeted Ukrainian command posts near the frontlines, including a school basement in Iverske housing a 32nd Mechanized Brigade headquarters and suspected Azov Regiment positions in Kramatorsk. While Kyiv has not disclosed casualty figures, the attacks underscore Russia’s focus on degrading Ukraine’s command and supply networks ahead of potential new offensives.
The exchange highlights the constant drone standoff between both sides, with Ukraine probing Russian defenses far from the front while Moscow systematically dismantles Kyiv’s military infrastructure.

russia has the military capibilty to have been on the polish boarder over a year ago , but chose to not completely destroy ukraine . instead it chose attrition to destroy nato and its economies from within . good plan ! what is your governments war debt ?
