On March 8, a large blast destroyed a multi-storey building in the al-Hamidiyah neighborhood in the eastern Syrian city of Deir Ezzor, killing three people and wounding seven others.
Chairman of Deir Ezzor city council told the Syrian Arab News Agency that the blast was caused by an improvised explosive device that was left behind from when ISIS terrorists were in control of much of the city six years ago. The device was hidden inside the building.
According to the state-run agency, all the casualties from al-Hamidiyah blast were civilians. This was confirmed by activists.
This story was contradicted by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), which reported that the blast was the result of a strike on a center of Iranian-backed forces where rockets were stored. The London-based monitoring group said that an unidentified drone was spotted over Deir Ezzor city just a few minutes before the blast.
The deadly blast in Deir Ezzor came just a day after Israeli strikes hit Aleppo International Airport in northern Syria. The strikes placed the airport out of service.
The Syrian Arab Army and its allies, including Iranian-backed forces, expelled ISIS terrorists from Deir Ezzor city in 2017. Since then, the city and its outskirts have been targeted by Israel and the United States on several occasions.
The SOHR released many false reports about strikes on Iranian-backed forces in Deir Ezzor and other parts of Syria over the last few years. The monitoring group is yet to provide any evidence to back its new claims about the blast in al-Hamidiyah.
Poor people killing poor people for rich people who own the global banking system. People need to wake the fk up!!!!
Here we are talking about Muslims. All they want is more beautiful mosques and guns so they can kill each other. They sacrifice everything for their imaginary fantasy god.
