I agree, about 3 weeks, SAA’s main focus is reaching further south and connect at the Ithriya-Raqqah road.
Why there? I thought deir hafer was next in line to be liberated
Isis already gave that town up, they are only focused on Raqqah right now, They retreated in anticipation of a joint SAA and SDF attack. I don’t have sources but that is the smart thing to do. Deir Hafer is not a threat, they are surrounded and the ones left there are the suicidal type.
so it seems raqqa will be the biggest final battle in this war, as that is their de-facto “capital”
