On March 31 evening, the Israeli Air Force conducted airstrikes on targets in the Syrian province of Homs. Israeli warplanes launched at least 10 missiles from Lebanese airspace at Syria’s Shayrat Airbase.
In response, the Syrian military acticated its air defense forces deployed in the countryside of Damascus and in the province of Homs. Pro-government sources claim that a major part of the missiles was intercepted.

Israeli jets fly low down the bekka valley then pop up to release missiled then back down the Bekka valley home. In order to extend the Russian air defence net to cover the Bekka valley they need radars in the valley.
Or an aircraft to spot down and relay a radar lock. The S-400 has active radar lock which means it can guide to target without a radar relay, provided it has an initial target lock before reaching altitude.

If the Iranians have to be here in Syria what the hell is going on, even if the Russians are refusing to protect them with their own Hi tech AA systems, and the SAA are unable to do it with theirs due to either incapacitation or inability, why the hell can’t the Iranians ship in their own AA systems to protect their own assets, they’ve shipped in everything else but the kitchen sink, troops, vehicles, equipment, and ballistic missiles, why not send some of those new AA systems in as well. They have newly developed and already proven effective AA systems of their own, so it stands to reason they should be here in Syria helping to protect Iranian assets if no one else is doing it, so why the hell aren’t they here blowing Israeli missiles and jets out of the sky, I already ‘think’ I know the reason why they’re not, I just wonder if anyone else does.

Iran still hasn’t sent any of those new AA systems to Assad yet, they can blow US drones out of the sky so they should be able to do the same to Israeli aircraft, Iran should ship some in to help defend against Israeli airstrikes, and also send a few extra systems so the SAA can use them against the Turks too.
