The Syrian Arab Air Force (SyAAF) resumed on December 15 its combat operations against terrorists’ positions in the so-called Greater Idlib region in northwest Syria.
According to the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), Syrian attack helicopters carried out in the early morning a series of airstrikes on the towns of Alteh and Ma’ar Shoreen in the southern Idlib countryside.
Terrorists’ fortifications around the town of Kabani in the northern Lattakia countryside were also targeted with several airstrikes.
Earlier this week, the SyAAF halted its combat and even reconnaissance operations over Greater Idlib as a result of bad weather conditions. This allowed terrorist groups in the region to launch more attacks than usual.
This new wave of airstrikes comes amid claims by several pro-government activists that the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) is preparing to launch a large-scale military operation in Greater Idlib in the upcoming few days.
This so called war will continue indefinitely until the source of the terrorists has been fully confronted and defeated.

If I had a dollar for every time I’ve heard that I’d be you know what by now. But I think it’s coming, it certainly looked like it just the other day, the Russians, SAA and the SAAF were giving them hell before the bad weather set in, I actually wondered why they suddenly stopped, perhaps I should start checking international weather as well as the news.
Without full SAA offensive on Idlib, these are just usual war exercises, nothing else. Let us wait until Russia decides to support full SAAoffensive on Idlib and to stop pleasing Erdogan.
