For the third day in a row, helicopters of the Syrian Arab Air Force (SyAAF) attacked militants’ positions in the northern Lattakia countryside.
Iba’a, the main news network of al-Qaeda-affiliated Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), said that the Syrian airstrikes targeted the town of Kabani and its surroundings in the morning of October 5.
Kabani is a stronghold of HTS and several other terrorist groups, including Horas al-Din and Ajnad al-Kavkaz (AK). The SyAAF resumed its airstrikes on the town two days ago after halting its operations for 24 hours.
Militants’ positions in southeastern Idlib were also subjected to intense airstrikes today, but by the Russian Aerospace Forces. The Russian airstrikes reportedly killed nine terrorists.
These Syrian and Russian airstrikes indicate that the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) may be preparing to resume its ground operation in Greater Idlib soon.
I can’t wait for the operation!
The SyAAF MI-24 upgraded Hinds and Gazelle are operating at over 80% operational sortie rate which is commendable by any standard. Syria can field over 100 gunships at any given time and this is better than its 2011 capacity. If the Russians also get serious, the headchoppers don’t stand a chance.

HTS and their Headchopping arse bandit allies have agreed to spend all the money that The Sultan, their IsraHelli and Yanki Pals have given them to fortify defensive lines. This inadvertently will help SyAF and Russian AF to test new bunker busters as well as helping to update & modify existing attack drills in combat situations for their attack helicopters and fighter bombers.
I think that is a 10-4.

But the Ride of the Valkyrie is Wagner at his best, Al. However, one of the best Russian pieces I can think of is Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture or something a little more subtle like Rachmaninoff’s Piano concerto number 2 in C minor. Both are very Russian and mix very well with Purple Haze… Lol
