On September 8, Syrian and Russian warplanes conducted a series of air raids across the country, smashing manpower and military equipment belonging to ISIS and other terrorist groups.
Russian warplanes pounded the base of Jabhat Fateh al-Sham (formerly Al Nusra Front) near the village of Maar Dabsi in the province of Idlib. Several vehicles, weapons and munitions located at the base were destroyed. Other ten armored vehicles were destroyed by Syrian warplanes in air raids on terrorist targest at al-Taman’a, Abu Zohur and Banash in the same province.
Separately, the Russian Aerospace Forces hit the ISIS terrorist group’s positions in the province of Deir Ezzor, killing up to 15 terrorists at the Deir Ezzor Military Airport.
Air strikes were also reported in the area of Al-Sha’er Gas Fields and at the village of Arak near Palmyra in the province of Homs.
Russian and Syrian warplanes have also continued to bomb militant convoys along the Aleppo-Damascus highway and the Ramouseh-Khan Tuman road. However, there are no information about casualties among terrorists.
