On July 5, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and the Tiger Forces, backed by the Russian Aerospace Forces, captured the Air Defense base, the Singles base and the Radar base northeast of the village of al-Nu’aymah in the eastern Daraa countryside, according to Syrian pro-government sources.
Hours earlier, the SAA imposed its control of the town of Saida, 3km east of al-Nu’aymah, following heavy clashes with the US-backed Free Syrian Army (FSA). Syrian pro-government activists said that the next targets of the SAA are the towns of Taibe and Umm al-Mayadin south of Saida.
Meanwhile in the western Daraa countryside, the SAA’s Republican Guard resumed its advance and captured the hill of Sa’dah. According to pro-government sources, the strategic hill allowed the SAA to impose its fire control over the road linking the towns of Tafas and al-Yadudah.
As a result of these military developments, a new round of talks between the FSA and Russia will be held on July 6 in an undisclosed town. The chances of reaching a peaceful agreement on southern Syria remains very low, as the FSA continues to demand unrealistic conditions.
Taking the Singles Base was crucial to the Dara’a campaign.

Still some while before Idlib yet they need to control balad district and then the west filled with terrorist groups. Would think to take Manbij and Raqqa to secure it from US/Turkey get it in writing from PYD and tell TEV-DEM to pound sand and go kick rocks to them all in the region.
